Luxury apartment on Spain's sunshine coast, Costa del sol. The location is great in itself for a sunshine holiday with beaches and golf courses close at hand. All necessary facilities are accessible within 15 minutes by car. Also the position is good for days out to visit Andalusia's many attractions. We have open views across the Alcaidesa Links Golf course to North Africa with Gibraltar close at hand. You look across the open green of golf course, forest and countryside to the blue of sea and sky.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but Saturdays are preferred. Departure is normally by 11.00 and arrival after 15.00.

Children can be allowed safely out into terrace area and to gardens beyond in direct line of sight where their safety can be checked when in the pool for example.

Outside
40 square metre furnished terrace with BBQ. Terrace leads directly into shared gardens with pool close by. It is perfect for that alfresco holiday lifestyle where you spread outdoors from the lounge to terrace & gardens.
Coast/Beach
Alcaidesa beach is 5 mins by car. The Alcaidesa beach is a "blue flag" quality expansive sandy beach with beautiful views right around the bay to Gibraltar. There are tasteful beach bars and facilities in summer months. You can walk right around toward Gibraltar if you want.
Golf
Apartment is front line to the 18th hole of the Alcaidesa links course. The club house with bars and restaurant is 5 minutes walk. The course is a Peter Alliss / Clive Clark design and is competition standard. There can be few more beautiful settings in the world to play golf & discounts qre availqble to Birdie Club guests
Travel
Gibraltar 15 mins. Malaga and Jerez 1hr 30 mins. Car is essential. You can take a day trip to Tangiers from Algeciras (15 mins) or Tarifa (1 hr)-super-fast ferry.
Distances
Alcaidesa village is 5 mins by car. Sotogrande and Gibraltar are each 15 mins by car. Alcaidesa is well placed for days out and touring around the beautiful province & many attractions of Andalusia. Culture and history overflow here. National parks are close by, sophisticated resorts (eg/ Puerto Banus) too - or just relax in the immediate beauty of the place.

Booking notes
A booking enquiry will secure a temporary reservation hold. Ten a 20% deposit will secure the booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit is asked which is returned in full, subject to damage or breakages.
