Both bedrooms also have patio doors leading to the balcony. Fully secure gated complex making this an ideal family location. Beach 5 minutes drive, car not essential but recommended. | Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with large double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite with patio door leading to the balcony. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and bunk beds sleeps 4 we like to consider this room the kids room with fitted wardrobes with bathroom 2 adjacent. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with 1 bath/shower over, wc, bidet and twin sinks. Bathroom 2 as above with 1 sink. |
| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stainless steel toaster/kettle. All pots/pans, dinner service, glassware provided for your use (plastic plates/cups provided for children). |
| Utility Room: | There is an iron, ironing board and clothes hanger/airer available for drying. A hair dyer is also available to use. |
| Living Rooms: | 2 Large leather sofas. TV/DVD, Sky TV. 6 seater dining table and chairs. |
| Other: | We have recently added bunk beds to the large 2nd bedroom, so the apartment now sleeps 6 comfortably. Updated pictures to follow soon. |

Towels and linen are provided (including beach towels). The property is cleaned on changeover day (additional cleaning services can be provided). |

Cots/high chairs available upon request. Small dogs allowed upon prior approval by the owners.
Accessibility
Ground floor apartment with easy access for pushchairs/wheelchairs and lifts to underground car park.
Outside
Various shared pools around the complex for your use (nearest pool is to the left of the apartment). The patio has a 4 seater table and chairs should you wish to dine outside.
Coast/Beach
The promenade and beach are a 5 minute drive down the road and stretch for miles in each direction with golden sands, many bars and restaurants for you to enjoy.
Golf
For golf lovers the apartment is right beside the exclusive Guadalmina North and South golf courses. There is a driving range available on the complex. Golf lovers will be spoilt for choice with many other courses close by. No wonder the Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa Del Golf.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 40 minute drive, Gibraltar airport is approximately the same distance. 5 kilometers to Puerto Banus, 10 minute drive to Benahavis and the old Spanish town of San Pedro is a 5 minute walk. A car is not essential but would be recommended for your convenience. There is a secure private underground parking space available should you hire a car to explore further areas. Airport transfers can also be arranged.
Further details
Hotel Barcelo is located next door to the apartment with lovely bars and spa facility. Computers are available for you to check your emails, paper shop and reception are always happy to call you a taxi. The apartment is within walking distance of various bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks (cash point facility is available at Hotel Barcelo).

Aug 08 - The apartment was great for us & the 2 children, having the complex pool right on our door-step which the girls loved. Also made the holiday really cost affective as we could simply walk back to the apartment each day for lunch. Jeff & Carly Bailey.
