Large balcony, overlooking gardens and pools with sea views. Cable TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets within 5 mins walk. For the Golfer there are 3 well known courses within 15 mins drive and Polaris World golf complexes approx 30-35 mins drive. The main town of Torrevieja is 3km away with harbour, sea front, large promenade, plenty of small shops with a new shopping mall within minutes. Near mall there is 'Water World'. Also large salt lake nature reserve with wildlife.

Changeover day
There are no set changeover days but when departing the property should be vacated by 11am.

Accessibility
Small flight of stairs to apartment but can also be accessed via a lift from all floors and parking area.
Outside
Well maintained walkways and gardens with palm trees and various flowering shrubs. There is a large landscaped area with ponds and small waterfalls where many different species of birds can be seen. There are also 2 outdoor pools. If you prefer stroll down to the beach where you will find small sandy beach and Nautilus bar and restaurant. Other beaches and restaurants within a short walk.
Coast/Beach
A 5 min walk will take you to two different beaches each one having a restaurant/bar. A short drive will take you to numerous other beaches, the main one being at La Zenia where there are lots of facilities, bars restaurants, and a 4-star hotel with gardens overlooking the beach.
Golf
There are 3 18 hole courses within ten mins drive, namely Los Ramblos, Villamartin, and Campoamor. Within a wider radius there are numerous golf courses of varying difficulty the most well known being the Polaris World complexes, designed by Jack Nicklaus, which are within 30-35 mins drive. Bookings can be made for all courses at the Golf Factory situated in Campoamor just off the N332.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia which is a 25 min drive or Alicante which is a 45 min drive. The use of a hire car is recommended as you will probably wish to explore the area.
There are buses and taxis readily available.
Distances
The town of Torrevieja, which has a large marina, harbour, pedestrian promenade with shopping facilities for all tastes, is only a short drive away. Places of historic interest such as Murcia and Cartagena are approx 45 minutes drive. The holiday resort of Benidorm is approx 1 hr 15 mins away. The resort of La Manga is also 45 mins drive.
Further details
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and telephone facilities are only a short walk away. For those interested there are car boot sales locally and a large outdoor market at Playa Flamenca. For the kids among you there is a go-karting track within walking distance.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit per week - non refundable is required at time of booking. Full payment plus 45 euros for cleaning/washing etc. is to be made 6 weeks prior to departure. Further cleaning on request will be an additional 45 euros.
