Changeovers are where possible flexible. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests.

| Bedrooms: | Bedrooms have single beds and modern memory foam mattresses with solid wood frames to ensure a good nights sleep. They each have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to first bedroom, with modern fittings, bidet, sink and shower. Second bathroom again with bidet, sink and bath with shower. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen, stocked with all utensils. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and much more. |
| Utility Room: | This room houses the washing machine and allows for clothes to be aired out of the way of the rest of the villa. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has again been very tastefully furnished with imported Indonesian wood table and chairs. The leather sofa has a chaise longue and the seats are extendable to ensure maximum comfort. The room has large french doors leading to the garden. |
| Other: | The villa also has a very large roof terrace, again stocked with plants. This provides a superb sun trap, as well as giving views to the mountain and over the resort. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Feather pillows, bedding and towels are of course provided for your comfort. The villa will be spotless, ready for your arrival. Cleaning charge of 70 euros is payable directly to the key holders. The key holders live on site and can help with any issues. |

Accessibility
The villa has a small step to gain access to the front door, although the access from street level is simple. The living accommodation is all on the ground floor making access easier.
Outside
The pool dimensions are 3.7x7.4m at the widest points. The pool is professionally cleaned throughout the year. The garden also has a selection of lighting to reflect the mood of the occasion, from pool lighting, to green subtle spot lighting, to wall lighting.
Coast/Beach
The beach at San Javier is 10 mins drive away and there are some superb beach side restaurants there to discover. The beach at Los Alcazares is 20 mins drive and has a very long promenade again with restaurants as well as a wide variety of shops and bars. There are numerous other beaches to discover in the local vicinity.
Golf
The villa is situated on the 18 hole Nicklaus designed golf course. Information about costs etc. can be obtained upon request.
Travel
San Javier airport is 10 mins drive from the villa although the flight paths do not cross the resort. Alicante airport can be reached within about 1 hour along the scenic and modern A-7 motorway. Construction of the new international airport at Covera has already begun.
Distances
There is so much to see and so many places to visit. A guide is kept at the villa to give you information on various markets, restaurants, places to go to etc. Visitors are encouraged to share their experiences too, so the guide keeps on growing. The beautiful towns of Murcia and Cartagena are only about 20 mins and 30 mins drive respectively and hours can easily be spent shopping in or just sightseeing these historic towns.
Further details
The is a bank on site, to compliment the gym, supermarket, great selection of pubs and restaurants. In fact, you may not want to go off site at all. Some of the restaurants deliver and there are caterers living on site so parties etc. can be arranged. The towns of Roldan and Balsicas border the resort, each having restaurants and bars that show the real Spain. In addition to the 18 hole golf course, there are also Tennis courts on site.
Booking notes
Standard booking policy is in operation. Non refundable deposit of 20% payable at time of booking. The remaining 80% within 8 weeks of departure. Payment can be made via cheque, or directly into UK or Spanish Bank account. A fully refundable breakage deposit of £150 is also levied.
