A lovely second floor apartment, which is situated in a most convenient location within minutes (walk) of La Torre Golf Club, shops, swimming pool, bars and resaurants yet is set in peaceful, south facing apartment block. Various sandy beaches are within easy reach and we would recommend Horadada, which is simply beautiful. The golf course is a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole, par 68 championship course with an abundance of water and sand plus a mountain backdrop. You can also play at Mar Menor and El Valle with Polaris World providing a shuttle service between the resorts. The apartment offers versatile accommodation to include large living/dining area, modern kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, stunning bathroom with shower, two bedrooms plus large sun terrace (seating for 6 people) with lovely views.

Accessibility
The apartment is readily accessible via lift from an underground garage parking area. The lift can also be accessed from the ground floor.

The resort is accessed via a gate house with constant security patrols. The grounds have a variety of well maintained gardens, fountains, lakes, children's play areas, tennis courts, communal and paddling pools.
Coast/Beach
The coastline is within easy reach and you have a real choice of unspoilt sandy beaches to include Los Alcazares, Horadada, La Zenia, La Manga plus many more that are all within 10-30 minutes drive of the resort.
Golf
Located on the La Torre Golf Course. This stunning golf course is a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole, par 68 championship course, featuring 3 large lakes, numerous sculptured bunkers and an amazing mountain backdrop. You can also play at Mar Menor and El Valle with Polaris World providing a shuttle service between the resorts. Club/buggy hire and green fees are all very reasonably priced.
Travel
Murcia Airport is just 10 minutes drive to the resort, alternatively Alicante Airport is 40 minutes drive.
