This modern south-facing 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the front line of Burriana Beach with its water sports and restaurants. Patio doors from the sitting room and master bedroom lead onto a large furnished balcony with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. English satellite TV and a DVD player are installed. There is parking in a private garage in the basement, which is accessible directly from the apartment using the lift or stairs. An entry-phone system provides both convenience and security.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually on Saturday, however it may be possible to be flexible. The rental is from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.

Living Rooms: The lounge is furnished with two 2 seater settees and a coffee table. Dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. English satellite TV and a DVD player are installed. There is a ceiling fan and heaters are provided during winter months.
Cleaning/towels/

The apartment will be cleaned before and after your visit. Linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed weekly.

There are ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms, extra fans are supplied during the summer and heaters are available for use during the winter months.

Outside
The spacious south-facing balcony has magnificent views over Burriana Beach. There is a patio table for alfresco dining, 6 chairs and 2 sunloungers all with cushions and a wind-out sun blind at the sitting room end of the balcony.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is on the front line of Burriana Beach, so the beach is less than 2 minutes' walk away. Burriana Beach features many beach restaurants along the promenade, as well as restaurants, bars, gift shops and a convenience store beneath the apartments on the front. Scuba diving and snorkelling trips are available from beach-front offices and pedalos, kayaks and a banana boat operate from the beach during the high season. Shaded sunloungers can be hired daily on the beach.

Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport. It takes approx 50 minutes by car from there to Nerja, which can be reached by taxi, hire car or bus. We can arrange your collection from the airport if you wish, as a car is not essential to the enjoyment of a holiday at this apartment.

Distances
It is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Nerja and the famous Nerja Caves are 3km away. Malaga is 50km away - it is a bustling city with many shops, places of historical interest, including Picasso's birthplace and museum. It is also a major port and has several beaches. There is a regular bus service between Nerja and Malaga.

Further details
A convenience store immediately below the apartment caters for most needs and there are several larger supermarkets around. Nerja is a typically Spanish town, with restaurants, gift shops, banks, etc. There is a bustling weekly market on Tuesdays. The central attraction of the town is the Balcon de Europa, a palm-lined promontory from which there are spectacular views along the coast and which is the central point for the fiestas that take place throughout the year. There are many interesting walks to be taken in the countryside surrounding Nerja.
