‘Ramblas apartment’ The apartment has quality wood flooring and has just been re-decorated with very tasteful new furnishings throughout. Sleeps up to 4 people. Positioned on the second floor (no lift). The living space is ample and has separate spaces for relaxing and dining; and a balcony with sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, coffee maker and toaster etc. The new bathroom contains a full suite including a full length bath. The apartment has all modern conveniences including TV and a stereo, heating and air conditioning. There is one spacious double bedroom and a bedroom that sleeps 2 with twin split level beds. This however means the flat is quieter (despite a very central location). The whole area is full of restaurants, bars and shops, the metro stations are a moments walk away. Enjoy the full atmosphere of old Barcelona at your finger tips.

5 minutes walk to Barcelona port. 10 minutes walk to Barcelona beaches (Barceloneta).
Travel
2 metro lines 1 min away and buses and public transport. 30 mins driving from Barcelona main airport (ElPrat).
*Ryanair do not land in Barcelona* but in Girona (1 hour outside).
Booking notes
20% deposit required to reserve any bookings. 150 euros returnable security deposit.
For late arrivals after 22.00 a 30 euros surcharge will apply.
