This apt. is situated in a fantastic beach area of Barcelona which is full of character and just a short way to the center of the City. It has 2 double & 1 single bedrooms sleeping 5 people. independent kitchen and lounge, and a big balcony with full sun. It has tasteful new furnishings throughout and is on the 3rd floor (with lift). The living space is ample and has separate areas for relaxing and dining, the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, coffee maker and toaster etc. The new bathroom has walk in shower etc. & bidet. The apt. has all modern conveniences including flat screen TV/DVD, stereo and wifi internet connection, heating and air con. plus security safe. The whole area is full of restaurants, bars and shops and its own Ramblas and the metro is just opposite. Barcelona beaches just a couple of mins walk, Olympic village and Forum 5 mins walk. Enjoy the old and new Barcelona at your finger tips without the noisy sleepless nights of the City.

Changeover day
Check in time is around 13.30 and 11.00 am check out time but this is flexible. Check in at after 22.00 and check out before 8.00 will be subject to a €40 surcharge. for very early morn. check out times deposits can be paid back to guests through paypal.

Travel
Metro station at the door step (Yellow line Poble Nou Station) 3 stops to the center and buses and public transport.
Some travel information:- If you have not booked your flight yet it is good to know that Ryanair do not always land in Barcelona. They land in Girona airport which is at least 1 hour’s drive by coach into central Barcelona, but they do not tell you that!
All other airlines land at (El Prat, the main Barcelona airport) around 20 mins. from airport.

Many restaurants, shops, cafe's, bars, banks and large supermarkets just downstairs.
