Notes on accommodation
The villa is furnished to a very high standard with all mod cons and is ideally located in a prestigious area of Altea, close to all amenities. Baby equipment can be provided, prices on request. Air-conditioning is subject to an extra charge of £80/week. Gas for heating is included, but excluded for long term winter lets.
Outside
1500sqm of landscaped gardens, including waterfalls, fruit gardens, childrens play area, fully enclosed. Fabulous private pool area, including summer kitchen (spanish BBQ, large gas BBQ, sink, fridge, bar with bar stools, large patio with extensive seating), palm trees with hammock, outside shower, sunloungers. Naya doors can be folded back to create further outside area with further dining for 8 + comfy armchairs. Further patio areas with seating, fruit trees etc.
Large log cabin with sauna, jacuzzi + shower. With multiple terraces, SW facing so sun all day, and shaded areas if required. Gated driveway for several cars, totally private on a quiet cul-de-sac, 300deg stunning views.

5 mins drive to Altea's beaches (mainly pebbly)
