2 bedroom luxury apartment with a supermarket, and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. The centro plaza is only 5 minutes on foot. Here on a Saturday they hold the morning market and midweek you can enjoy alfresco dining on the terraces of one of the restaurants and cafes there. You can also buy an English newspaper here too. 3 swimming pools, including 1 kiddies pool and 1 heated May-October. A 10-15 mins walk brings you to the glitzy centre of Puerto Banus. A famous destination for celebrities, designer shopping with the department store El Corte Ingles, boutiques such as Gucci, and the sandy beach. The apartment is ideal for golfers. Within a 5 minute drive there are 4 super golf courses, which include La Quinta, Aloha, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas. For those of you with little ones I have a highchair/travel cot for no extra charge. I also leave toys, DVDs and books. Freeview UK TV. BBC, ITV, Channel4/5 etc

Notes on prices
Winter lets of 1 month available from £200 per week from October to May 2012 which includes your electricity usage.Prices are based upon 2 people sharing. Extra guests are welcome but will be charged £50 per adult per week. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. For holiday bookings we ask for a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Changeover day
We are flexible with changeover days. We can do longer winter lets from October-April at £200 pw including electricity.

Notes on accommodation
There is a WIFI hot spot now located by the main pool set up by the provider Mercury but this does not reach into the apartment itself. Internet cafes located in Puerto Banus and Nueva Andalucia. The apartment has air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms and the units also provide heating. Children are very welcome at our apartment. There is a strictly no smoking policy within the apartment. We are flexible over travelling dates. We can also accommodate rentals of less than one week and rentals of longer than 3 weeks during the winter. Winter lets of over 4 weeks are priced at £200 per week which includes your electricity.
Accessibility
There is a small ramp to the apartment or four steps to access it from the main gate. To reach the pools there is a path which is suitable for pushchairs.
Outside
Wifi hot spots by the main pool. Pretty gardens with pathways leading you to the 3 swimming pools. There are plenty of sun loungers for guests to enjoy. Also stone tables and benches for spontaneous picnics. Large terrace with the apartment which is such a lovely spot just to read a newspaper, enjoy breakfast etc. There is 24 hour security inside the community so safe and secure. No cars within the complex.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is in Puerto Banus, walking distance or a very quick bus/taxi ride. From Puerto Banus you can walk right into Marbella along the sands and promenade.There are keep fit machines along the promenade, restaurants,cocktail bars and cafes.
The casino is about a 10 minute walk, here you can enjoy a meal and then head to the gambling tables. Just a couple of minutes walk from the casino are more restaurants and cafes.
Golf
Andalucia has 33% of all the golf courses in Spain. You are a 10 minute walk from Aloha and Las Brisas golf courses. 10 minutes in the car will take you to La Quinta and Los Arqueros and Santa Clara. 20 minutes in the car takes you to Sotogrande and Valderrama. You could come for a week's holiday and play on a different golf course each day... if you have the energy!
Skiing
The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is great for children and adults and it is under 2 hours by car from the apartment. The ski season goes on until May so you could leave early and ski for one day and then return for the sun. Fantastic sledging, creche for children, restaurant on the slopes.
Special interest holidays
Lots of tennis and football activities locally and also horse riding lessons. Water sports close by. For those keen on golf with children many golf courses offer lessons for children and La Quinta has a golf academy offering 2 and 5 day courses. In the summer there are many sports and craft activities offered daily for children in La Quinta but you need to book ahead. Tennis courts bookable just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airports are Malaga and Gibraltar, both approx 40 minutes by car.
Distances
The apartment is located in Nueva Andalucia and has restaurants, banks and a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. It is a 5 minute walk to the Centro Plaza which is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and another supermarket. Puerto Banus is a 10-15 minutes walk and has the prestigious department store El Corte Ingles, the sandy beach and the famous marina full of expensive boats, cars and restaurants. Marbella is 10 minutes by car, famous for its orange square in the old Town.
Further details
5 minutes walk on a Saturday morning will bring you to the popular market where you can buy handbags, jewellery, clothes and gifts to take home with you for a fraction of the price in the shops. It is open from 10am - 2pm every Saturday. There is a large shopping mall called La Canada near Marbella on the N340 coastal road. It is about a 7 minute drive from the apartment. Inside there are shops such as Mango, Zara, and Wallis. In Puerto Banus there is a cinema which has some films in English - no subtitles! Ideal for those rare days when we get rain.

25% payable upon booking. You can pay instantly via credit card (please call us) or UK bank transfer.The final amount plus ( if paying by bank transfer) £100 breakages deposit is payable 8 weeks before your holiday starts. Direct coach from airport to Marbella bus station available outside terminal building. 5 euros per person. Taxi from here takes around 6-10 minutes to the apartment.
