Situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira in an elevated position with beautiful views over the sea. A modern, versatile villa with accommodation divided over two levels, each floor sleeping a maximum of 6. The villa can be rented in part or complete to possibly accommodate two families. Set in a well established area of Moraira with private pool. The villa is very well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings including Satellite TV and DVD. The yacht marina and centre of Moraira are a 5 minute drive while the golf course is a 15 minute drive. A car is recommended but not required.

Outside
12m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool. Plenty of pool side space for the sun loungers, with a shaded dining area. There is a large balcony just off the lounge on the front of the villa, providing an additional outdoor dining and relaxing area. An outdoor shower and built-in BBQ on the pool deck. A viewing deck on the top level oversee the region and has spectacular ocean views. Ample private parking.
Coast/Beach
The main beach in Moraira is safe, sandy, and a blue flag beach and is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Once a small fishing village and now a sophisticated holiday resort with a modern Marina, it has wide sandy beaches and relaxing palm tree-lined boulevards. There are numerous restaurants, boutiques, and pavement cafes. There are a number of other beaches situated just 3 miles from the villa.
Golf
There are several golf courses, all of a high standard, within easy driving distance, the closest being Javea 5 miles, San Jaime 3 miles. There are also the championship courses at La Sella in Denia, and Oliva Nova which are well worth the 25 min drive. It is advisable to book from the UK at peak times for best tee off times.
Travel
Alicante Airport, 45 minutes (approx) Valencia Airport, 1 hour (approx). Car hire is recommended and easily available from local airports. Both Ryanair and Easyjet fly to both airports
Further details
Moraira is one of the prettiest and well kept coastal towns in Spain. Not having any large hotels or high rise buildings, it has a refined and comfortable atmosphere. Moraira boasts 3 EEC Blue Flag beaches; a wide selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and a beautiful marina. Market day is Friday and well worth a visit. With all of its offerings within walking distance it makes it the perfect place for a family or romantic holiday. Nearby the larger, busier towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe, each with marvelous beaches offer a host of activities.
