This new luxurious townhouse with breathtaking views over both the golf course and the almond and orange groves. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains from either solarium's whilst watching the 6th hole! Well positioned, only 5 minutes stroll to the town centre with golf shop, clubhouse, lakeside restaurants and stunning views. The complex has a security controlled gatehouse and 24 hour security. La Torre offers a wide range of holiday facilities, including luxury swimming pools, children's pools and jacuzzi areas, 18 hole golf course, golf facilities, tennis courts, children's parks, bars, restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. The property has been finished and furnished to a high standard and is air-conditioned throughout. There is also a PlayStation 2 and games and an iPod docking station for your use. There is a double sofa bed in the sitting room.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Minimum stay 2 nights. 70 Euros end of stay cleaning charge is payable upon departure. There is a 20 Euros charge for keyholding which will enable the keyholder to meet and greet you at the main gate and show you into the property and help with any queries during your stay.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival would normally be after 2pm and departure 11am but this can always be discussed at the time of booking.

Notes on accommodation
The house is fully air-conditioned and has central heating (for winter chills!). Ceiling fans are also in both bedrooms. There is no-smoking allowed inside the property. The barbecue is to be used by adults only and must not be left unattended whilst still alight.

Accessibility
There is 1 step up to the front door of the property and then the kitchen dining area bedroom (downstairs) and bathroom are on 1 level. The upper terrace, bedroom and bathroom (upstairs) are accessed via the stairs in the main living area.
Outside
There are 3 outside areas. The lower terrace, where you will find the alfresco dining area. This area has a large table and chairs, a barbecue and soft lighting for evening dining. The washing machine is located by the back door. There is a large grassed area to the right of the property which belongs to the house and can be used for sunbathing/sitting/children playing. There are two upper solarium's, the middle solarium has two sunbeds and two rattan chairs and table. The upper solarium has two further sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Calida has about 170km of beaches and beautiful coastline. The Mar Menor is Europe's largest salt water lagoon and is therefore extremely safe for children. The Mar Menor also offers very good water sports. The nearest beaches are Los Alcazares, Santiago de la Ribera and San Pedro Del Pinatar. All of these beaches can be reached within 15 minutes. The Salt lakes and Natural Mud Spas can be found near San Pedro del Pinatar.
Golf
La Torre Golf Resort is one of 6 Polaris World golf resorts, they are all designed by Jack Nicklaus. La Torre 18-hole par 68. Mar Menor 9-hole par 27 (being extended to 18-hole soon par 68). El Valle 18-hole par 71. Haciende Riquelme 18-hole par 72. A further two resorts are planned with 4 golf courses! All the Polaris World Golf Courses are linked by a complimentary bus service. The style of the courses are similar to a Florida golf course with extensive lakes and fairways. The 5 stay clubhouse has a well stocked golf shop, a driving range and practice green, and 5 star restaurant.
Carts, buggies and clubs are available to hire and tuition is available. There are many more great golf courses within 15 minutes drive of La Torer Golf Resort. Roda Golf 18-hole par 72, Trampoline Hills 9-hole par 34, Tres Molinnos 18-hole par 69.
Travel
The nearest airport is San Javier (Murcia) and is 15 minutes away by car. Alicante Airport is about a 40 mins drive away. A meet and greet service is available (charged locally price on request). A car is recommended. From the UK Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2, Monarch, Excel, Bmibaby and Flybe all fly either to Alicante or Murcia airports.
Valencia 2.5 hours by car. Granada 2 hours by car.
Distances
Torre Pacheco is a small Spanish town offering good banking facilities and some shops and restaurants 5 mins away from the resort by car.
Cartagena is a historical port with many good bars/restaurants and shops - 30 mins away by car.
Murcia is 15 mins away and reached by driving through breathtaking scenery. It boasts a beautiful cathedral, splendid modern shops and an abundance of high quality tapas bars which you would expect from a large city.
Further details
La Torre Golf Resort has many features and activities on site. In the town centre you will find shops, restaurants, bars, bank, hairdressers, ice cream parlour and a fitness centre. There is also a medical centre, pharmacy and supermarket on site.
Local supermarkets can be found in Roldan, Balsicas. There is a large shopping centre (Dos Mares) near San Javier. Many water sports ie dive school, boat trips, beach water activities, fishing etc can be found around La Manga and the Mar Menor.
The historical centre of Murcia will provide you with imposing architecture, bustling plazas, trendy bars and cafes. Beautiful countryside and mountain views can be found all around the region.
There is a water park near Murcia 15 mins away by car. You will find a folder in the sitting room, it contains information on interesting things to do, recommended restaurants and bars. Please feel free to use any of this information.
Booking notes
I require a £150 non refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. I also require a refundable cheque for £150 to cover any damage to the property. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your vacating the house, subject to inspection.
