Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar are all within an easy 30 minutes drive.

Accessibility

Terrace has table and chairs for alfresco dining and a large BBQ. Use of beautiful large serviced pool area with sun pergolas - only accessed by owners of apartments and guests via locked gate. Changing rooms and toilets. Poolside shower. Grassed area for sun-bathing. High private fence/plants. Private sundeck has jacuzzi which seats 4 comfortably. Sun loungers provided.
Coast/Beach
Safe beaches at Torrequariaro (10 mins walk), Sotogrande (5 mins walk)and Alcaidesa (10 mins drive). Tarifa on the Atlantic coast for wind surfing and kite-boarding (40 mins drive).
Golf
Ideally situated for Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, San Roque with two 18 hole courses - both staged the Spanish Open, Almenara, Valderrama (famous for the Volvo masters), Alcaidesa and Duquesa are all within 10 minutes drive. Within 30 minutes drive are a further 15 courses offering enjoyable and challenging golf whatever your handicap! Tee times can be arranged through prior notice.
Skiing
Skiing is within 2.5 hours to the Sierra Nevada mountains with its wonderful resort, where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. Best months are January to March, although it is often still possible in April/May.
Travel
Malaga 1 hour via toll road. Gibraltar 20 minutes. Jerez 1 hour by motorway. Algeciras Port (Ferry to Tangiers and Cueta) - 45 minutes. Cadiz Port (Ferry to Tenerife) - 1 hour by motorway.
Car hire and taxis available at all airports. Car hire highly recommended.
Distances
Sotogrande port/marina 5/10 min walk with bars, hotels, restaurants, shops, banks and post office. Sotogrande beaches, tennis club, paddle courts, sailing and windsurfing school all within walking distance.
Pueblo Nueva de Guadiaro 5 min drive for shops, banks, restaurants, night clubs. Torrequadiaro waterfront and bird sanctuary 10 min walk.
Many old historic towns and villages within 30 minutes including Marbella, Puerto Banus(nightclubs), Estepona, Ronda and Granada.
Further details
The apartment is ideally situated for the following activities: - sailing, boat hire, fishing, wind surfing (at Tarifa), kite-boarding (on Torrequadiaro beach), cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis and walking. There is a health and beauty spa at the nearby Almenara hotel (10 mins drive).

Deposit of 25% required on confirmation of booking. Balance required 60 days before start of stay. Breakage deposit Euros 500 - 60 days before start of stay. Breakage return 14 days after end of stay.
