Newly built modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard and includes air conditioning and central heating. The covered terrace overlooks 2 large swimming pools with toddler pool and the resort boasts a further 12 communal pools and 2 tennis courts. Remote controlled allocated underground parking. Courtesy shuttle bus service to the other Polaris World Resorts. 24 hour security at the barrier entrance/exit to the resort. The apartment is only a short walk from the health and beauty salon/hairdressers and supermarket. The nearby waterside Town Centre of the resort boasts a variety of shops, restaurants and bars suited to golfers and non-golfers alike. The Golf Clubhouse is exceptionally well furnished and is very welcoming and has internet access. Evening entertainment there can be found in Pinos bar and the pool tables are popular. Murcia San Javier (MJV) airport is only 15 minutes by car, Alicante 45 mins - collection/return can be arranged.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds or super king size bed. French doors overlooking cascading fountain and palm trees.
Both rooms have double wardrobe/drawer and ceiling fans.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled family bathroom includes bath with shower over, wc, bidet, hand basin with towel storage underneath, heated towel radiator. Towels and hairdryer provided.
Kitchen: Modern, fully fitted kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, knife block, utensils, saucepans/frying pan, cutlery/crockery/glassware and all other small items you will need.
Utility Room: Washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner. Gas boiler.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with 2 seater leather sofa, 2 tub chairs, glass dining table and four chairs. 32" LCD flat screen TV with extra channels, DVD player. Coffee and lamp tables, display unit, mirror. Internal telephone. Patio doors to covered terrace.
Other: Tiled, south facing, covered terrace adjoining lounge and bedroom 1 overlooking pools and garden area. Large table and parasol with 4 reclining chairs. Outside lighting and electric socket. Electric shutters to lounge, manual shutters to bedrooms.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen, towels and tea towels included. You will also find 4 coloured towels for pool/beach use. The property is prepared for your arrival and cleaned at the end of your stay at a cost of 50 euros. Additional cleaning on request at additional cost.

 

Notes on accommodation
We have taken out liability insurance to cover your stay. A fire blanket and fire extinguisher is provided in the kitchen plus smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector within the apartment. Lounge is air conditioned with ceiling fans to bedrooms. Central heating to all indoor areas. Smoking is strictly only permitted on the terrace, not in the apartment. Pre-arranged welcome pack for your arrival if required - cost to be notified. Please advise at time of booking sleeping requirements for bedroom 2, i.e. twin beds or super king and whether a cot is required. Remote controlled allocated underground car parking space to keep your car cool in summer. Additional parking is available on the adjacent access roads. Local key holder available at all times during your stay.

Outside
The apartment complex surrounds two large outdoor communal swimming pools, outdoor shower, small toddler pool and play area and gardens with a surrounding fence for added safety. The resort boasts a further 12 communal pools as well as a wide range of other facilities.

Coast/Beach
There is a wide choice of beautiful Mar Menor beaches with warm, shallow and calm waters which belong to Europe's largest inland lagoon. There are over 44km of beaches with protected bays and coves on the sides of the Mar Menor and, with the absence of tides, this makes it an excellent location for all adults and children. Beaches are cleaned every day and the nearest is Santiago de la Ribera, a pretty Spanish town with wonderful tapas and fish restaurants along the promenade.

Golf
As well as the Jack Nicklaus designed on site La Torre 18 hole Par 69 course their are two more Polaris World courses at Mar Menor and El Valle as well as others at Roda, Los Ramblas, La Finca, Mosa Trajectum, Villa Martin, just to name a few and not forgetting the famous La Manga Golf Club. Just 5 mins down the road heading towards the coast is a very large and well stocked Golf Super store. This is without doubt the number one area to play your golf.

Travel
The area is easily accessible from the UK with flights direct to Murcia San Javier (MJV) airport which is only 15 minutes by car, or Alicante airport 45 mins. Collection/return can be arranged at additional cost. Whilst a shuttle bus is available to other Polaris World resorts, a car for wider travel would be useful if you wished to leave the resort during your stay.

Distances
The city of Murcia is only 20 mins drive. It is steeped in history, punctuated by elegant buildings and churches with a magnificent baroque cathedral. It is also an ideal shopping location. Cartagena, a historic Roman city is about 30 minutes away. There are many local towns and villages nearby including the old and new town of Los Alcazares with an abundance of very nice restaurants and is only 20 mins from La Torre. There is a large shopping mall called Dos Mares near San Pedro.

Further details
Roldan is the nearest village to the Resort and is only 3 miles away.

Booking notes
A £100 per week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance plus a breakages holding deposit of £150 will be required six weeks prior to your stay. As soon as the key holders notify us that the apartment has suffered no loss or breakages we will refund your breakages deposit (approx 2 weeks after your stay). Accidents do sometimes happen and we will operate a fair policy. The cleaning fee of 50 euros is payable by yourselves directly to the key holders on arrival.
