Towels and linen are provided (not beach). Property clean on arrival, it is your responsibility to clean during your stay. |

Accessibility
As this apartment is on the 3rd floor there are a few stairs, so is not suitable for anybody with mobility problems.

Large roof terrace with dining table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach is just 2 mins walk away. A very long sandy beach which never gets crowded even in high season. Alternatively you can just sit on the terrace and soak up the atmosphere. We have the most amazing view of the sea!
Travel
Alicante is the nearest airport App 40 mins. Whilst you do not need a car as everything is within walking distance there is so much to see in the area I would recommend hiring one.
We can also offer airport transfers at a cost of 35 euro each way.
Distances
Alicante is about 30 mins away with its lovely marina and beautiful old architecture is worth a visit. If you fancy something more lively Benidorm with its theme parks, water parks etc is 10 mins by car.
Further details
The apartment is situated within the Old Quarter which is full of charm and character. The beach bars and restaurants are a stones throw away, but the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. In the closest of the restaurants you can eat some of the best seafood in the area, or just sit in one of the pavement cafes and sip a cool beer. Banks, shops and supermarkets are also just a 2 min walk.
Booking notes
Deposit will be required to reserve apartment. A one off fee of 50 euros will be required for a meet and greet on arrival and a clean of apartment on departure.
