The villa is just outside Nerja on a small development with sea and mountain views. Outside the house is a private pool measuring approx 9m x 5m, with large terraces and a veranda. Inside on the ground floor is a large living/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD and a feature fireplace in the corner. Furniture includes two sofas (one converts to a bed), plus dining table and chairs. This area has air-conditioning/heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. There is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet on the ground floor plus the third bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs are the master and second bedrooms with outside terraces. Both of these bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating . The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower/bath/toilet/bidet. There are two single beds in the second bedroom. The main bathroom with washbasin, shower/bath and toilet is between the master and the second bedroom.

Rates include changeover cleaning, linen, towels, electricity & water. Cots and highchairs are available on request. 20% deposit required to secure a booking. A refundable bond of 100 euros is required with your booking against damage or excessive cleaning costs. Please add 20% for bookings over Easter & Christmas. Changeover day
Saturday is our preferred changeover day, but this can be altered by agreement.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite, air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, air-conditioning. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with twin beds and air-conditioning (from the lounge unit). All bedrooms have wardrobes etc. Sofa bed in lounge. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom has bath with shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. Main bathroom has bath with shower, wash basin and toilet. Downstairs bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all fitted units, granite worktops and a washing machine, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, an oven and ceramic hob, plus crockery and cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bar with two stools. |
| Utility Room: | The garage which is on street level has all of the outdoor furniture: sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs, pool toys, barbecue etc. There is plenty of room to keep a car in there too. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a wood burning fireplace, TV with DVD player and Sky Satellite, plus a micro hi-fi. There are two sofas (one converts to a sofa bed), with a coffee table. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. |
| Other: | Outside there are two terraces, one of which has the pool - (about 9m x 5m), plus an outdoor shower. Along the front of the house is a nice shady veranda and wooden bench. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen and towels for inside use are provided. There is an exchange service mid rental for two week bookings. Outdoor/pool towels are not provided. Mid-rental cleaning is available by arrangement. |
Notes on accommodation
Please note that the steps up to the house plus the low railings around the terraces may present a hazard to young children. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
Accessibility
The steps up to the house make the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
There is a private pool of approx 9m x 5m on one of the outside terraces. The pool is warm from May to late October. The pool itself is 0.9m - 1.8m in depth and is fully maintained by a visiting pool man. There are sunbeds and a collection of tables, chairs and umbrellas for use on the property. We have a small barbecue plus some inflatable toys to play with in the pool.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach at the bottom of the hill - about 10 minutes walk. The many beaches in the local area are all Blue Flag and vary from the busy Burriana Beach to the quiet beaches of the National Park around Maro.

There are a number of golf courses nearby - details on request.
Travel
Malaga airport is an easy 50 minute drive. There is a good bus service along the coast and the newly opened high speed rail link will get you from Madrid to Malaga in under three hours. There are also airports at Almeria and Granada.
Distances
Nerja town is about 3km from the house - a nice 40 minute walk in the cool of the day. Malaga city is around 50km to the west. Granada and the famous Alhambra is under two hours drive as is Ronda.
Further details
Urbanacion Tamango Hill is about 3km from Nerja town. It is a new urbanacion consisting of about 40 houses built up the side of a mountain which runs down to the sea. The urbanacion consists of a mix of up-market residential and rental property. It is very quiet, peaceful, clean and tidy. Nerja is some 50 kilometres from Málaga on the E-15 motorway, and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000. Nerja boasts 16kms of sandy beaches with sparkling clear water, including the internationally famous Burriana beach that has once again been awarded by the Blue Flag of the European Union and the small coves below the impressive cliffs of Maro. All major water sports are available here including water skiing, scuba diving (PADI 5 star resort nearby) and sailing. There is excellent walking and cycling in the mountains.
