Villa Bosque a very modern villa furnished to a high standard. Conveniently situated 12 minutes drive from the coastal resort of Sitges and only 35 minutes drive from Barcelona. Also available is a studio apartment for 2. You will have full private use of the villa, pool and gardens. There is a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ, sun loungers and terrace lounge area. The villa is located amongst vineyards in the heart of the Penedes region of Catalonia famous for its wine and cava production. The mountain scenery is a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday or offering many activities such as cycling, hiking, horse riding, site seeing and wine tasting. The villa is only 12 minutes away from the 17 beaches of Sitges and its buzzing nightlife. Monserrat is approx 30 minutes and Portaventura also approx 45 minutes.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. The studio is rented to the same bookings or seperatly but with sole use of a small patio area seperate to the gardens and pool. Any bookings of 7 or 8 pax studio must be rented as well.There are special 2 week booking offers and long let offers. April 2009 prices do not include the Easter weekend ask for details.
December 2008 does not include Christmas and new year week prices ask for details. Winter Long let offers.
Changeover day
Flexible during all times except high season July - September when changeover is Saturday's.

Villa Bosque is furnished to a very high standard as a comfortable home not a holiday let. It has a very quite location but safe as you are situated in a very small development of 150 houses. With breath taking mountain views from the gardens and pool of the property.

Accessibility
The house is suitable for wheelchair users but is not adapted so therefore there is one step to enter the grounds and 1 step up to the front door.
Outside
There is a huge 600m2 garden with mountain views to the rear. You have a private swimming pool and jacuzzi and a gas BBQ. There is an outside table and 6 chairs also a sofa and 2 armchairs to relax in the evenings.
Coast/Beach
Sitges is the nearest beach resort with over 17 beaches to suite every taste including family beaches, gay beaches, nudist beaches and rustic coves. Sitges is a very upmarket holiday town with excellent shops and restaurants, bars and clubs. There is a very cosmopolitan marina and 1 of 3 churches in Spain located on the sea front and I think the most stunning beachfront walk.
Golf
Sitges golf course (Terramar) 15 mins from villa, El Prat Golf Club (designed by Greg Norman) 45 hole golf complex 1st class for golfers who look for first class golf, 35 mins from the Villa. Other golf courses in the region: Masia Beach, Montanya, Llavaneras, Vallromanes, St Joan, Caldes, Bonmount and PGA Catalunya golf course.
Travel
Barcelona airport is 35 mins by car. Car hire is a must in order to enjoy all the region has to offer. There are a limited number of buses per day and taxis are available.
Distances
The nearest supermarket is Carrefour which is 5 mins for the villa, you also have a local shop 2 mins away.
All distances are by car -Sitges 12 mins, Barcelona 35 mins, Villafranca 5 mins, Villnova 15 mins, Monserrat 35 mins, Portaventura 45 mins, Carrefour supermarket 5 mins.
Further details
The villa is situated in between two major motorways A7 connection is about 7 minutes by car and the C32 connection 10 minutes by car.
You can use these 2 motorways to travel all over Catalunya and arrive to all the above mentioned places of interest with no trouble at all.

Please check availability on calender as all bookings are updated immediately. There is a 500 euros breakage deposit refundable on day of departure. Please to book phone or email to myself on the foreign numbers or my Mum on the English number. This is the first year of rental on this villa which for the last 5 years has been my home and is furnished to that high standard. For this reason I have set the prices lower to hopefully find a client base that will want to return for the coming years.
