Accessibility
Easily accessible with only one small step up to bedrooms with both bedrooms having double doors. Bathrooms not equipped with support features. Wheelchair users not advised.

Large swimming pool (12m x 6m) suitable for pool sports i.e. volleyball, sun loungers provided, tables, chairs and parasols. Large sun terrace for guests to enjoy plus garden.

Coast/Beach
Central to all major beaches, approximately 20 minute drive away including El Portet, Moraira, Cap de la Nao, Javea plus many more exclusive bays.

20 minutes to the nearest golf.

Travel
Car hire essential. Alicante and Valencia airport around an 1 hours drive away.

Distances
Jalon is approximately 5 minute driving distance and local village Lliber 3 minutes. Access to larger towns and places of interest between 15 minutes to 45 minute drive away including Guadeaest, Benidoleig and El Verger.
