The villa is situated in a small urbanisation within walking distance of the lovely village of Benitachell, with restaurants, internet cafe, supermarket, and chemist etc. From its elevated position it offers panoramic views, sunsets on the Bernia Mountains, the village lit up at night and over the countryside to the Montgo and the sea at Javea. With numerous beaches at Javea and Moraira only a 10 minute drive, it is the perfect holiday location.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but there is some flexibility.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with Spanish king size bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds The bedrooms are all tastefully furnished with plenty of wardrobe space. An air conditioner in the hall keeps the bedroom floor cool. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite and family bathroom are mosaic tiled to give a bright and airy feel to them. The family bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. Double sinks in both. |

Coast/Beach
The excellent large sandy beach at Moraira Is very clean and well-serviced and you can hire small boats and water ski bikes nearby. The other main sandy beach Is El Portet. The sandy beach at Javea is ten minutes away and is a very large sweeping bay with restaurants and bars fronting it.
Travel
Alicante airport is 70km away and Valencia airport is 90km. Car hire is essential.
Further details
Benitachell is walking distance with restaurants, internet cafe, supermarket, and chemist etc. Moriara and Javea are 5km / 10 mins drive away. One excursion that is well worth a visit is the tiny ancient 13th century fortress of Guadalest which is perched on top of a mountain peak and still totally intact and unspoiled. The journey takes about an hour and a half through wending mountain roads and you see some wonderful scenery. To get there take the N332 road towards Altea and half-way between Caipe and Altea you take the C3313 towards Callossa, passing through the town you will the signposts for ‘Castille de Guadalest’.
At Aqualand near Benidorm there are spectacular water sides and waterfalls for the whole family to enjoy, especially when it gets too hot, but it can get busy with other people having the same intentions.
Terra Mitica is a Disney style theme park just outside Benidorm and has all the thrills and spills you would expect from a good theme park. Terra Natura adjacent to this is an animal park on the outskirts of Benidorm with a superb water park. At Vergal Safari Park there are over 600 animals In an African environment. Also a dolphinarium, serpent house, parrots and a recreation ground. It’s on the main road between Vergal and Pego. We have had reports that It can get uncomfortably hot when you have to keep your car window closed whilst driving through the animal enclosures. Ibiza and the other Balearic Islands are only about 1-3 hours away by ferry from Denia.
Booking notes
A deposit of £300 is required then 50% 12 weeks prior to vacation and the balance along with a bond of £300 six weeks prior to vacation.
