The villa is 20 minutes drive from Murcia city.

Approx. 1 hours drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.

Golf
Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horseriding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.

Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the apartment. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Security deposit: In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay. Bookings made outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
