The villa is positioned just 2 mins walk from the 14th fairway of El Rompido South Golf Course. Set on the 'Marina' development there are breathtaking views of the local area to be enjoyed and the local beaches are just a few minutes walk away. The villa itself is split over a number of levels, with 3 double bedrooms (2 ensuite), gym, family bathroom and equipped office downstairs, and mastersuite (with ensuite), lounge kitchen and wc on the ground floor. There is a wrap around private pool, furnished terrace, loungers and sun shade to the rear of the property, and an electric golf buggy (to seat 2) belonging to the villa which is free for you to use during your stay. The 'Marina' development is the most prestigious location along this area of coast and as such the only point of entry is via the manned security gates. Once on the "Marina" you enjoy a range of facilities private to residents including your own communal bar, restaurant and pool, horse riding, golf, tennis and much more.

Outside
The gardens are fully landscaped and maintained for you each week. The large patio is fully equipped with loungers, bbq and contemporary sun umbrella. The wrap around pool is private, for your use only and 2m deep at the deepest end. Steps lead down into the shallow end and care should be taken with young children who cannot swim. The garden has uplighters which can be switched on in the evening to create a lovely evening atmosphere whilst dining.
Coast/Beach
The Costa de la Luz is well known for it's miles of unspoilt white beaches which are both child friendly and picturesque. The villa is no more than a 10 minute walk to the the local beach (3 or 4 minutes by car).
Golf
The villa is based on El Rompido Championship Golf Course. This has 2 courses, North and South and residents on the "Marina" enjoy discounted golf on the South course. There are many other excellent golf courses in the area to include Nuevo Portil, Costa Esuri, Isla Canella, Islantilla, Bella Vista, Monte Rei, Quinta de Cima, Quinta da Ria....a golfing haven.
Travel
50 minutes from Faro airport (Portugal). Car hire is recommended.

Booking notes
We require a non refundable 10% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before your holiday date. A refundable security deposit of £250 is taken with you final payment to cover breakages etc. This is refunded within 14 days after your holiday has finished.
