This beautiful family owned apartment is 5 mins drive and 20 mins walk from the heart of Puerto Banus and the beach.
The apartment is set within a Mediterranean style gated complex that has a wonderful swimming pool, garden and underground car parking. It is large and is finished to a very high specification, for instance it has marble flooring throughout, Bosch appliances in the Kitchen and under-floor heating in both bathrooms. It is decorated in the classic Andalucian style and is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, pool or golf course. A large, private terrace area is accessed by French windows from both the lounge and the master bedroom. Five superb golf courses (Los Naranjos, Alaho, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Dama de Noche) are all within 5 minutes drive and a further 50 courses are within 10 mins - 1 hour.
Special interest holidays
As well as the golf and the sophisticated shopping and night-life of the magnificent yacht marina of Puerto Banus, the area features superb beaches, good diving, a large water-park and the historic town of Marbella with its wonderful shops, plazas and restaurants.
Andalucia is full of rich heritage and scenery. The Moorish Pueblos of Mijas and Ronda are 20 minutes and 1 hour away. Seville, Gibraltar and the great Moorish cities of Granada and Cordoba are day-tripable.
