This particular apartment has the best position on the entire complex, to optimise the breathtaking views over the surrounding golf courses, beyond Marbella and to the West, the Rock of Gibraltar and across the Mediterranean to the Riff Mountains in Morocco. The world famous Puerto Banus is just minutes away. Benahavis is a typical Andalucian style white washed village with a reputation for fine dining. There are no less than 14 golf courses in the immediate area - including some of the best in Southern Spain: El Paraiso, Valderama, La Quinta, Guadalmina, Las Brisas and La Alqueria.

Outside
At the front of the apartment is our 50m2 terrace which is a welcomed shaded area from the sun. Immediately to the front of our terrace is a grassed area which allows for un-obstructed sun bathing. Shared only by one other apartment. This area has a small retaining fence. Terrace extends from lounge area when doors are open. Outdoor furniture consisting of 2 luxury wicker effect 2 seater sofas, outdoor table and chairs, 2 x luxury sun loungers.

The apartment directly overlooks several of the Costa del Sol's leading golf courses: El Paraiso, La Alqueria and El Campanario and a further 11 courses are in the immediate vicinity, including the prestigious La Quinta, Las Brisas and Guadalmina courses.
Travel
Malaga airport is approx 40 mins drive by car; directions and map can be provided. There are three direct access roads to La Hacienda, directly linking El Paraiso and the coastal road, La Alqueria golf course and San Pedro junction of the main Malaga - Marbella toll road.

Benahavis is a place where history and natural delights come together. It has preserved its Arab heritage, in the style of the Pueblos Blancos (white villages), in perfect harmony with the colours of the surrounding mountains. Situated between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda, is the most mountainous municipality in the western Costa del Sol, distant only 7km from the sea. At an altitude of 160m above sea level.
The multiple aspects of its rich idiosyncrasy makes it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or to enjoy its wonderful gastronomy. The leisure opportunities that this white village offers are numerous: from an excursion to one of the Natural Interest Monuments of Malaga province, like the spot known as ‘Las Angosturas’, to a walk to the Fuente del Moro (the Moor's fountain).
