Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday, but we can be flexible. Guests are requested to depart the villa by 10am and arrive after 4pm.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with luxury en-suite and double patio doors leading onto a 'Romeo and Juliet' balcony with table and chairs. Bedroom 2: Large double bedroom which is lavishly furnished. Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room beautifully furnished. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1: Is the en-suite adjacent to the master bedroom with his and hers sink areas inset into granite. Includes bath, shower and wc facilities. Bathroom 2: This is the main bathroom with shower, wc and sink facilities. |
| Kitchen: | The villa has a brand new modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops and chrome fittings and accessories. It is very well equipped with and oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room houses the laundry facilities which include an iron/ironing board and external clothes drying equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has been lavishly furnished by an interior designer to an exceptional standard. The lounge has a comfortable relaxation area with:- TV, satellite, DVD player (with a selection of DVD's) & a stereo (with a selection of music). |
| Other: | The dining room is leading off of the kitchen and features a six seated formal dining table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Fresh linen and beach/bathroom towels are provided weekly and the villa has a weekly cleaning service. |
Notes on accommodation
A complimentary infant facility is available and includes 2 cots and 2 highchairs, and a selection of toys. A safety gate is also supplied. This needs to be booked in advance but at no extra cost. Each room offers the maximum comfort with the use of individual air condition/heating facilities. All of the bedrooms are equipped with bedside table with lamps, double fitted wardrobes and chairs. The linen provided is of the highest quality from 'dorma' collections, including luxury velvet throws and cushions. Please note that pets are not permitted in the villa.
Outside
There are double patio doors leading onto the external terraces from both the living & dining rooms. Terracota tiles line the expansive terrace featuring a private 8m by 4m swimming pool, which has a shallow-end for children and lights for night bathing. Large teak sunloungers with cushions are also provided. There are 2 outside dining areas Dining Area 1: Is a large round teak table, chairs, umbrella & cushions close to the the poolside. Dining Area 2: Is located on a lower ground level, it features a 'Spanish style' tiled round table and benches. There is also a large 'Spanish style' BBQ located in the garden of the villa. - There are chairs under the Naya which provides welcome shade in the midday sun.
For those gardening enthusiasts - you will see many varieties of palms and beautifully laid out borders in the villa's garden.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is a mere 10 minutes drive from the villa in the resort of Denia. There are a total of 20 km of beaches and rocky coves to explore in the area or you can simply lie on the fine-sand beach with shallow waters and enjoy the sunshine.
Golf
The closest golf course is situated within the La Sella resort itself & is approx. 10 minutes walk from the villa. Set in the grounds of a five star hotel it offers a Jose Maria Olazabal designed 18 hole championship course, par 72, & 6072m in length, surrounded by an ecosystem of Mediterranean woodlands & mountains situated next to Montgo Natural Park. Due to its unique design, La Sella Golf Club offers a balanced course, suitable for all levels of play. The varied & interesting course is set in a protected environment, displaying beautiful views of the countryside, where many varieties of trees may be observed from each fairway. The relaxed atmosphere, together with the Mediterranean climate allows golfing enthusiasts to enjoy the facilities all year round. In addition to this excellent course on your doorstep there are four other high quality courses within a 50 minute driving distance.
Travel
There are 3 main airports that are closest to the villa:-
Alicante Airport with a transfer time of 50 mins.
Valencia Airport with a transfer time of 60 mins.
Murcia Airport with a transfer time of 90 mins.
Car is essential. Hire cars are available at the airport and there are several companies that offer very competitive rates.
Distances
Denia is the largest town in the near vacinity and is approx. 10 minutes drive from the villa. It offers many delights including a large variety of shops, a thriving cafe culture and a mixture of traditional/modern restaurants.
Other Tourist Destinations - Aqualandia Water Park, approx 50km. Benidorm City & Terra Mitica Amusement Park, approx 51km. Safari Park of Vergel, approx 7km. Natural Reserve of Cap St.Antonio(diving),approx 12km. Natural Park of El Montgo,(hiking), approx 1km.

In the resort of La Sella and within 10 minutes walking distance of the villa are the following facilities:- supermarket, pharmacy, golf course, tennis courts, horse riding stables, Jazz & Blues Bar(drinks and dining), sauna/whirlpool/solarium/massage facilities and Italian/Mediterranean restaurants

Booking notes
To reserve your desired holiday dates please call Jean Spencer who will confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name and a deposit payment of 20% of the cost is due. 6 weeks prior to holiday departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday and given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear then the damages deposit is returned immediately and in full.
