Full central heating in every room and air/conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard. There is outdoor dining area with table and six chairs at the rear of the villa and adjacent to private swimming pool.

Coast/Beach
15 minutes drive to Santiago del la Ribera beach, 20 minutes drive to Mar Menor in San Pedro del Pinatar, or Los Alcazares -all blue flag beaches. Mar Menor with its shallow waters is ideal for families with small children.
Golf
18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. There is also pro-shop, golfers club, driving range, practise putting and chipping greens and golf cart hire facilities. Several other golf courses available including Mar Menor Golf, El Valle Golf Resort, Hacienda Riguelme Golf Resort all build by Polaris World. Other non-Polaris Golf Courses are Masa Trajectum, La Manga Club, Alto Real, Villamartin, La Serena, Roda Golf.
Special interest holidays
Bird watching is possible in San Pedro del Pinatar Nature Reserve Park (20 minutes drive away). San Pedro lies on Saltwater Nature Reserve, a unique Mediterranean coastal spot famous for pink flamingos and other migratory birds. The sea here is famous for its therapeutic waters: rich in magnesium, calcium, sodium, bromide, iodine and flouride. Lo Pagan mud banks rich is sulphur are used by people for free. Mar Menor is called the Spanish holiday jewel the best kept holiday secret.
Travel
The nearest airport San Javier Murcia is only 20 minutes drive away. Alicante is 50 minutes drive away on motorway.

There is a courtesy bus service on La Torre Golf Resort which allows you to experience free travel to the other Polaris World Resorts and to try many facilities which are on offer including the 5 star intercontinental hotel on the Mar Menor with it's many restaurants and bars. La Torre facilities include several large communal swimming pools, tennis courts, children play parks, large supermarket, health centre, Free fittness centre, social bars and restaurants. Newly open 'Arroceria Limonero'-Rice restaurant opens various types of paellas.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 6 weeks before occupancy. A security deposit will be required on arrival of 150 euros refundable upon departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 60 euros will be charged on departure for the final clean.
