15 minutes drive to the spectacular beaches and beautiful promenades of the Mar Menor with their safe family bathing.
Recommendations include Los Alcazares, Santiago de la Ribera, Lo Pagan and San Pedro Del Pinatar.

Golf
Situated within walking distance of the La Torre golf clubhouse, you are perfectly situated to play this Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole course. A shuttle bus operates to the other courses within the spectacular Nicklaus Golf-Trail.

Travel
20 minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport.
1 hours drive from Alicante airport.
Car Hire is recommended though airport pick -ups can be arranged.

Distances
Surrounded by the local towns of Torre Pacheco, Roldan and Balsicas, while the regional capital of Murcia is 20 minutes away with its magnificent cathedral and museums. Within a 30 minute drive the ancient city of Cartagena, with its historic walls and beautiful harbour front.

Further details
Within the La Torre resort, and only a short walk from the house, you will find a supermarket, bars, shops and restaurants.
Apart from the obvious attractions of the superb golf course the whole family is catered for with the swimming pools, tennis courts and children's play areas.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking, with the balance being paid in full 4 weeks before the commencement date.
A refundable breakage charge of £200 is payable at time of booking (this will be refunded within 2 weeks of your vacating the property, subject to inspection).
Dates will only be held when accompanied by a booking form and deposits (or full payment if holiday commences in less than 4 weeks).
A weekly cleaning charge of 50 Euros is payable locally.

'Although not a golfer my daughter (aged 10) and I had a wonderful peaceful holiday at this Golf Resort. With 24 hour security surveying the resort I felt very safe and secure. Being brand new the apartment was obviously immaculate together with being tastefully decorated. It is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. We actually ate out on the resort (as I don't like driving abroad) and every meal was first class, even the Spanish staff in the restaurants were! We visted a few of the communal pools, which were also immaculate. The roof terrace is also an added bonus with this town house as it over looks olive groves and benefits from the sun all day. One other thing I would mention is the supermaket - very reasonable and the wine is so cheap!! Anyway, we enjoyed it so much we are visiting again in June 2008.' Thanks again - Al
