The Old Town forms the very centre of Marbella, it is pedestrianised and very picturesque. The house is in the heart of the Old Town which means you can walk anywhere. This is an unbeatable location right next to the many amenities that constitute the world resort and sophisticated modern town that is Marbella today. Though living in a picture postcard street, which still retains a village atmosphere, you will find everything you need is at hand. There are a small grocers, an internet cafe and several restaurants and shops within 50 yards. This not to mention the supermarkets, banks, and bigger shops you will find within 5 minutes walk.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday, but we are flexible on this.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed.
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, one on each floor.
As well as a bath, each bathroom contains a shower over and a wc.
Kitchen: The kitchen is contained in a separate room just off the dining area and includes a cooker with hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.
Utility Room: There is a washing machine and it is possible to hang clothes on the roof where they usually dry quite quickly. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Living Rooms: The lounge has two sofas and various tables and chairs with a TV that picks up local channels. The dining area consists of a circular glass topped table and five chairs.
Other: The roof, which is flat, is divided into two parts. There are two sun loungers and a table and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/

Linen is included. The house is cleaned between lets. Towels are not provided.

Accessibility
It is possible to access the house with a wheelchair and we have a wide front door with only one step. On the other hand, all the bedrooms are upstairs.

Outside
The roof is flat and is divided into two sun terraces.
Here there are two sun loungers and a table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
Marbella's main beach, the Playa de Venus, is about 5 minutes walk away on foot.

Golf
There are approximately 20 golf courses within easy reach of Marbella and many more along this coast, which is also known as the Costa del Golf.

Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga, which is served by very many inexpensive holiday airlines all year round. It is just over 30 minutes by taxi from the house, door to door. Hiring a car is not really necessary as most things in the centre of Marbella are walking distance, and public transport around the region is excellent.

Distances
The whole of the Costa del Sol is easily accessible from Marbella. Day trips to such places as Granada, Ronda, Gibraltar and even Tangiers in Morocco can also be arranged.

Booking notes
To book the house, we normally ask for a deposit of half the full amount with the remainder payable six weeks in advance.
