Our Apartment is situated on a small complex in a quiet area of Pueblo Patricia, set on the edge of the very pretty town of Los Alcazares, a typical Spanish town, situated on the Mar Menor. The area is well known for its temperate climate, long, safe sandy beaches and warm, calm, shallow sea. The palm lined traffic free promenade stretches for 7 km and is ideal for couples and families with many different water sports available and beach bars/cafes.
The property has hot/cold air con, is well equipped with 2 bedrooms, (one double, one twin), family bathroom, American kitchen, lounge/diner and also a balcony and large roof /sun terrace.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible.

| Kitchen: | Open plan well equipped American style kitchen with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge/diner furnished with 4 rocking chairs and folding table and chairs, 2 sideboards and coffee table. There is a TV (Spanish channels), DVD player and Hi Fi. Fly screens are fitted to the patio doors. |
| Other: | Patio doors lead from the lounge to the balcony with table and chairs. Stairs lead off the balcony to the large roof terrace equipped with sun awning, table and chairs and sun loungers. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). Apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and on departure. |

Apartment is on 1st floor by stairs only.
Outside
Balcony with table and chairs. Roof Terrace with sun awning, table and chairs and sun loungers. Communal gardens with shared pool (separate children's pool).
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Mar Menor have been awarded the blue flag of excellence and the warm waters make this area very popular with Spanish families as well as visitors. Nearby is Lo Pagan. a must place to visit. The Spanish flock here to use the therapeutic mud for treatment of arthritis, rheumatism and other aches and pains. The paved promenade jutting out into the Mar Menor is an excellent walk or cycle route. Just a short distance away is the nature reserve with boardwalks and marina.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses nearby including Roda, Serena Golf, Villa Martin and the famous La Manga Golf Club.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) airport is a 10 minute drive away. Alicante airport is approx 50 mins drive away. Both are serviced by low cost airlines from all UK airports. Car hire is not necessary except for exploring the local area. (Car hire and bike hire can be booked locally).
Distances
Well worth a visit are the cities of Cartagena (20 mins drive) and Murcia (30 mins drive). Both can also be easily reached by local bus.
Booking notes
To book our Apartment, we require a £100 deposit with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. We also require a £100 breakages deposit which will be refunded when the Apartment has been checked and the keys returned.
