Delightful 3 bedroom semi-detached house, completely re-decorated in 2007. The house is located on the popular 'Torre Vella' estate. Guests of the house have use of the communal swimming pool with sunbathing areas and lawns and a superb restaurant, which is within 2 mins walk. The house is less than 5 mins drive from L'Estartit's superb beach, and old town and harbour area, where there are numerous bars and restaurants. There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance of L'Estartit, including Emporda Golf Course at 8 mins.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturdays during the summer months, but we can be flexible out of season. Arrival time is after 2pm and departure by 10am.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted to include cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge/dining area includes a 3 seater and 2 seater settee, dining table to seat 6 and television with UK Sky TV. There are 2 large patio doors which lead onto a large sunny terrace. |
| Other: | There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. |

Towels and linen are not provided, but can be arranged for you for a small charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is in a quiet residential area, a short walk to the swimming pool and restaurant. There is a large, very well equipped supermarket a few minutes drive from the house.
Outside
The house has a large terrace with sun awning. There is a BBQ, table and 4 chairs for outside dining, and 2 sun loungers with cushions for relaxing in the sun. From the car-port you can access the gravel garden, ideal for sunbathing. Guests have use of the Torre Vella Club facilities which include a large swimming pool, children's pool, kids play-area and restaurant - serving fantastic pizzas!
Coast/Beach
The fantastic beach of L'Estartit is within a 5 minute drive. It is one of the best beaches in the Costa Brava and stretches for miles. The beach is never crowded, and is very safe for the children.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance of L'Estartit, including Emporda Golf Course (8 mins), Pals Golf course (20 mins), Costa Brava Golf Course (35 mins), Peralada Golf Course (45 mins) and the PGA Catalunya Golf Course (50 mins).
Special interest holidays
L'Estartit is well known for its excellent diving and snorkelling around the Medas Isles. There are several excellent dive schools to choose from in the town which cater from beginner to the experienced diver.
Travel
Ryan Air operate 'cut-price' flights to Gerona from most UK airports. Gerona airport is a 45 minute drive from the house. Car hire is certainly recommended, and can be booked with your flights at a discounted rate through RyanAir. The drive from Calais to L'Estartit is approx 900 miles.
Distances
The local town of L'Estartit is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Gerona is approx 40 minutes away and Barcelona will take approx one and a half hours by car.
Further details
L'Estartit is a charming 'old fishing village' which has retained much of its original charm. It has not been over-developed and has plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. Golf, diving, glass-bottom boat excursions, shopping, restaurants, water-parks, and a fun-fair for the children are all within easy reach.
Booking notes
Please email me the dates required and I will confirm availability by return. A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A £100 security deposit is also taken at this time, which will be held until approx 2 weeks after your return. If there are no damages/breakages this will be returned in full.
