There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower only situation on the ground floor of the property although there are steps up to front and back door of villa entrances.

The villa boasts a large patio area with private swimming pool (4m x 8m, with children's paddling pool) also with pool lights and small water feature, the pool is cleaned twice a week by a professional company. There is also a large rooftop sun terrace with spectacular sea views (solarium), built-in barbecue with sink and preparation area, Beautiful 'Naya' (covered seated patio with table), adjustable outside canopy for additional shade if required, covered parking area (secure) and additional driveway parking with secure gate and a well kept garden, variety of palms, cacti and Mediterranean plants with hidden laundry drying area.

Coast/Beach
Arenal - located in a beautiful bay between the headlands of Cabo San Antonio & Cabo San Martin, the Arenal beach is the most popular waterfront spot in Javea. The sandy beach is ideal for families offering a variety of water sports, volleyball nets, pedaloes, climbing frames etc. The beach is cleaned each night. A wide promenade separates the beach from the huge range of bars, restaurants & shops and on summer evenings you will find various stalls displaying jewellery & other handcrafted items.

Travel
Most UK airports have regular routes to Alicante which is just 50 miles from Javea.
Valencia, which also offers many UK routes is also only 50 miles north of Javea town.
There is a bus service from this locale to all Javea hotspots, however a car is recommended. A taxi from the pubs, clubs and restaurants of the Arenal to the villa costs around 10-15 Euro

Distances
The villa itself is situated in Capa de la Nao in a peaceful and safe residential part of Javea, 5 mins walk from the nearest supermarket (very handy for fresh produce etc) and local bars, restaurants, public pool, lighthouse and beach. 10 mins drive to the bustling Arenal beach, shops, pubs and restaurants and old port area and approx 15 mins drive to Javea Old Town where there are weekly open air markets which are well worth a visit.

Other beaches in the Javea area are Granadella, Cabo de La Nao, Cala Ambolo, Barraca.
Jávea / Xàbia offers a wide range of celebrations rooted in the maritime and obviously Mediterranean traditions of its people: the chief protagonists in whatever festivals take place throughout the year.

Booking notes
The booking form must be filled in and returned with deposit of £150 per week. 10 weeks before arrival we require the balance to be paid in full along with £150 security cheque which will be returned within 2 weeks of arriving home. 2 weeks before arrival you will be sent all access info for the villa.
