Notes on accommodation
The apartment has full air-conditioning for the summer months and heating for those cooler winter nights. It is on the first floor of the block and is a 'Penthouse' apartment as there is no second floor! A lift or stairs takes you to the ground floor and underground garage where there is a parking space for your car. This is a no smoking apartment and is suitable for children and adults.
Accessibility
As the complex is set on a hillside there are a few steps down to the pool areas and to lower levels. These are easily to use but are not wheelchair friendly. However there is a lift, right outside the front door, to the ground floor and garage.
Outside
Extensive, currently young, gardens. Two large swimming pools with pool-side toilets. The apartment terrace overlooks one of the pools, the walking time from the apartment to that pool is about 90 seconds. The second pool on a lower level down a few steps and is also easily accessible. There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Elviria is approximately 7km away and the driving time is about ten minutes. Elviria beach is long and sandy and part of it is the famous Nikki Beach where a sunbed will cost you about 100 Euros a day. Worth walking past though! Marbella and Puerto Banus are just a short drive away.
Golf
The 9 hole golf course is just a few minutes walk away, the Club House does excellent snacks, lunches and evening meals.
The La Cala Golf Courses Resort, five minutes away by car, features three of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, together with their 6 hole practice short course, the David Leadbetter Academy, and the club house, it is the biggest golf complex in Spain. There are a further 20 golf courses within a 20 minute driving radius of the apartment.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 28 miles away, about 35 minutes in the car. Full directions to the apartment will be provided. Car hire is essential.

Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit required on booking. The balance 6 weeks before the start of the booking, or in full if booking within 6 weeks. Payment can be made in Pounds or Euros, preferably by bank transfer. A security deposit of £150, or 200 Euros, is also required when paying the balance. Subject to their being no breakages, other than by fair wear and tear the deposit will be refunded to you soon after your departure. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
