This cosy restored country house has light bright homely feel, it has large kitchen access through a wide open arch with all bedrooms off this area. The patio doors open directly onto the pool great for those morning wake-ups. The pool terrace is private and walled with plenty space for loungers or wheelchair access. Outdoor dining area and barbecue provided. Space for a multitude of cars (hire car advisable). 2000 m2 plot totally enclosed and fenced, very pet and child friendly although pool not enclosed extra care needed with small children, blow up jackets are provided. The Casita or small cottage is private from the main house with its own en-suite and outside terrace with surrounding views. All very rustic and cosy with satellite TV in main villa and Casita. Beautiful mountain walks nearby and throughout the valley. The small village is 10 mins walk 1 min by car and has all amenities required although the larger town Albaterra is 12 min drive over the hill.

A cleaning charge of 50 Euros (£40) per rental visit is also required.
Changeover day
Saturday although we can be flexible to suit cheaper flight schedules.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen provided (please bring own beach towels) laundered by housekeeper at end of stay. Property cleaned prior to arrival and after stay. |

Although property is up a slight hill from village, once through the gates property and all land is flat with no steps into main house or terrace.

30 mins Drive to Guardamar, some of the best beaches in Spain.

1 min Drive to Hondon de los Frailes which has English and Spanish small shops, restaurants, bars and a bank with ATM. 12 Mins Drive to Albaterra which has large supermarkets and also a British shop. Benidorm and theme parks approx 60 min drive. 35 mins Drive to cities of Alicante and Murcia.
Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit to secure booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Refundable breakages, excessive cleaning deposit of £50 payable with final balance, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your return home posted by cheque.
