This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is on the ground floor of three and elevated over the 14th green of this stunning golf resort. The apartment is open plan with patio doors off the lounge leading to the terrace and garden which overlooks the course. There is a communal pool just yards away with the facilities of the hotel just a 5 minutes stroll away. The apartment is impressively furnished with all mod cons to enable guests to fully self cater should they wish. Travel cots and high chairs are available if required. This apartment has probably the some of best views on the entire course. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and washing machine. Air-con throughout. Outside you will find patio furniture along with a BBQ The complex is gated - access via electric gates and you have a dedicated parking space. Our keyholder lives on the resort and a welcome pack is included in the price which we can personalise if required. |

Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are several steps to each apartment.
Outside
The 2 bed has a large balcony with furniture and BBQ whilst the 3 bed has a large garden with BBQ. Both apartments have access to a communal pool with showers and toilets just yards away.
Coast/Beach
The coast is a simple 5 mins drive away and here you will find miles and miles of quiet stunning beaches.
Golf
The 18 hole Valle del Este par 71 championship course was designed by Jose Canales in 2002. It is a spectacular and extremely challenging course with stunning views. Each hole presents a different and interesting challenge. There are lakes and ravines, set amongst wonderful natural vegetation with olive trees, palm trees and cactus. The finishing hole is a beautiful par 4 with water cascading to the left, flowing from the lake that surrounds the green on 3 sides. Other courses in the area are Desert Springs, a 6750 yard par 72 course, designed by Walker Cup Captain, Peter McEvoy (20 minutes drive). Marina del Torre (10 minutes drive, Cortijo Grande (30 minutes drive) and La Envia Golf at Almeria (1 hours drive). We can organise tee times for you at reduced rates at all local courses when paid in advance.
Travel
Almeria 40 mins door to door. Murcia 1 hrs 15 min. Alicante 1 hr 30 min. Granada 2 hrs 15 min.
Car hire is strongly recommended and we can assist with this for you. The driving is very easy and the region does not get the traffic you would see in the UK or other Spanish regions such as the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol.

Garrucha 5 mins. Mojacar 5 mins. Vera 7 mins. Almeria 40 mins. Murcia 1 hour.
