Kitchen: American kitchen fully equipped. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven plus 3 hobs, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, teapot, all pots pans utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms: Lounge sitting room fully equipped for a family of 4. Furnishings to the owner's high standard. In living room there are: TV, German and UK satellite, air-conditioning, wood burning stove, sofa 2 lounge chairs CD player.

linen/maid service:
Linen can be supplied at the nominal charge of 6 euros per person. Cleaning of apartment is 50 euros payable on arrival.

Large south-facing patio with seating for 4. Views of forests and mountains with (Dec-Apr) snow-capped Pyrenees. This balcony is not overlooked (for that all over tan!)

Coast/Beach
6 minutes on foot to beautiful blue flag Riells beach - even when busy in midsummer there is still lots of space. Many other beaches nearby in St Marti, Montgo and La Escala itself.
Every aquatic sport is available here.

Golf
4 full sized local golf courses-ideal for golfing holidays. The owner is a keen golfer and will be pleased to advise on golf facilities. Also pitch & putt at nearby Gualta and another at Mas Pages.

Travel
Many cheap flights eg. Easyjet, Ryanair to:
Girona airport (Costa Brava), or
Perpignan airport then taxi.
Barcelona airport then taxi.
Victoria bus station to Figueres (Eurolines/Julia) then taxi.
Ferries from Plymouth, Portsmouth, Newhaven and Dover (also Hull/Zeebrugge). Routes through France via Lyon provided by the AA/RAC. Cross French-Spanish border on motorway A9/A7, take exit 5 signposted Escala. From N11(2) at border (Le Perthus) then at Figueres take exit marked Escala/La Bisbal.

Distances
Riells (a part of La Escala) centre only minutes away on foot. There are three supermarkets many local shops selling (for example) freshly baked bread good meat fresh locally caught fish. It has many bars restaurants and a night club.

Further details
Many bars and restaurants are at hand. Owner is local restaurateur and will be pleased to welcome you at his restaurant.
