New detached luxury villa with superb upstairs sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing all day. Upstairs terrace has four sun loungers and dining furniture. The villa has two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned and has central heating throughout. The living room is comfortably furnished with leather sofas, dining table and six chairs, LCD television and DVD/CD player. Patio doors lead onto a terrace containing dining furniture for six – giving a choice of dining experience. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard. This villa is situated in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the town centre facilities, supermarket, bars, restaurants and golf club with its driving range and putting green. There are many communal pools to choose from. The villa is situated on a safe and secure gated site.

Accessibility
The villa has two small steps upto the front door, the interior is all on one level. The only other stairs are upto the roof sun terrace.
Outside
Sun terrace furnished with table and six chairs and BBQ, leading onto small private garden. Upstairs is a large solarium with table and four chairs, parasol and four sun-loungers, where the sun shines all day.
Coast/Beach
Approximately 15 minutes drive away from the resort are the
towns of Los Alcazares and Santiago de la Ribera, both have
excellent beaches on the Mar Menor a delightful salt water lagoon. Each town has many shops, bars, restaurants and a weekly market. The nearest town is Roldan, being just 5 minutes drive away, where you will find a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants.
Golf
The La Torre 18 hole golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and has been shown on television many times. There are many other golf courses in the area, a shuttle service is provided between La Torre and Mar Menor golf resort.
Travel
Murcia San Javier is the nearest airport being approximately 15 minutes drive to the resort. Alicante is approximately 50 minutes drive to the resort. Car hire is recommended, although pickup from the airport can be arranged at extra cost.
Distances
The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are approximately 30 minutes drive from the resort. The towns of Roldan, Los Alcazares, Santiago de la Ribera, Torre Pacheco, San Javier are all a short drive from La Torre resort. The La Manga strip is about 30 minutes drive away.
Further details
La Torre is a gated resort with 24 hour security. The villa is a short walk from the excellent supermarket and pharmacy. The golf club and resort village are also within walking distance. There are many communal swimming pools, tennis courts and childrens play areas all for the use of everyone.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure your booking is required, with the full payment 6 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival date then full payment will be required at the time of booking. A security deposit of £150 is also required, which will be refunded to you after your holiday subject to an inspection of the property, providing there are no breakages or damage during your stay.
