Our guest house has been recently constructed to a very high standard. Modern, chic, with a Spanish rustica feel. Our country home is directly opposite on our own land. 1 mile from the coast, where the town of L'Ampolla and the marina is. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and railway station. With Port Aventure, Salou and Cambrils 35 mins north, and Tortosa, the river Ebro, the Delta Ebre rice fields are only 15 mins south. Barcelona and Valencia are within reach. The local coves nearby are fantastic, you have a choice of beaches in the area with pedloes for hire beach bars, and Some very secluded beaches.

Changeover day
We have no preferred changeover days or arrival times as we are here 24/7.
Notes on accommodation
Electric heater and electric fire are available for winter holidays. Also there is a cot and highchair if required. Electric fan for summer. Pet's welcome on request!
Outside
There is an outside sun terrace and sun lounges, BBQ area table and chairs. An outside oven, trampoline, rabbit pen and bird aviary.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 5 mins by car, or a 20 minute walk.
Golf
There are 3 local golf courses. A brand new golf course is 5 minutes away from guest house. (Marina dor, Delta Ebre).

We can provide outdoor pursuits all equipment provided fully qualified guides. Spend a day of your holiday, Canyoning, Mountain biking, Trekking, Kayaking, Climbing, Via Ferradas, Caverns, Rafting, Sailing and Diving.

Travel
The nearest travel links are Reus airport 30mins. Barcelona airport 1hr 30 mins or Valencia airport 1 hr 45 mins Girona airport 2hr 30. We charge a transfer fee of 40€ each way for Barcelona and Valencia airports,Girona is 70€ each way. Reus airport transfers are free.

Further details
We provide airport pick ups and drop off. We also provide Nissan 4x4 Terrano (air con and insured) From 28.50 euros per day. Hospitality is the way forward. A generous welcome pack on arrival. Winter Ski trips 3 hours to Andorra and surrounding area.
Booking notes
For bookings we require a non refundable deposit in sterling by cheque 20%. The balance on arrival in euros. We will send you some useful info through the post, and keep in contact on email in case you require anything specific for your holiday.
