Accessibility

As the property features a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge-diner, lakeside terrace and good-sized doors, all on the ground floor, it is listed as suitable for wheelchair users. Please note however that there is a shallow step up to the front door, and over the patio door frame. The bathroom wheelchair facilities are limited to standard bath handrails on the bath sides, whilst all light switches are within easy reach.
Outside
The villa is in a very quiet area. There are children's play areas close by for the little ones. It has access to a shared swimming pool seconds away, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Coast/Beach
For a family day on the beach, the Mar Menor (Valencia's 'Little Sea') is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon. Being quite shallow, this delightful lagoon is around 5 degrees C warmer than the rest of the Mediterranean and offers an especially suitable attraction for children. Alternatively Polaris provide scheduled tours to the nearby islands and many other attractions.
Golf
The golfing green adds peace and an incomparable atmosphere. As seen on TV this 18-hole course was designed by Jack Nicklaus design (if you are a golfer you will be pleased that it boasts different distances and obstacles that compel you to use all your clubs and put into practice your talent).
