Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Long term winter lets by arrangement. Cot available at an additional £10 per week. 20% discount for two person occupancy, April, May, June, Sept, Oct 2012. Bookings of 5 nights are accepted, April, May, June, Sept, Oct 2012.
Changeover day
Changeover days are normally Saturday to Saturday, however, we are flexible outside the main summer season. Accommodation is normally available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure, again this can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
A free 'welcome pack' is provided on arrival. A clothes drying frame, hair drier and iron/ironing board and safe are also provided. The accommodation is personally managed by the owners.
Accessibility
The property, although on one level, is located on the first floor, and is wheelchair inaccessible.
Outside
The apartment has a sun terrace furnished with table and six chairs, sun loungers, and overhead adjustable sun blinds. The communal pool area is equipped with sun loungers and has toilet and shower facilities. The pool is open from 1 May to 31 October.
Coast/Beach
Burriana Beach is 5 minutes walk down from the apartment where you will find, many bars and restaurants, and activity centres organising diving, sea-kayaking, walking, mountain biking, etc. Nerja's other beaches are accessed via the town.
Golf
There are two golf courses within 20 minutes drive of Nerja, the nearest, 'Baviera' golf, at Velez-Malaga.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is within 1.5 hours drive.
Travel
Malaga, the nearest airport used by all the main airlines , is approx 1 hour (60km) drive from Nerja, Granada airport is 1.5 hour (90km) but flight choices are limited. Taxis and car hire can be arranged if required. (Use of a car is not essential but is recommended for the infirm).
Distances
The attractive cities of Malaga (56km), with its shops and history, and Granada (approx 90km), famed for the Alhambra and historical centre, are ideal for day trips. Locally, the pretty villages of Frigiliana (7km), and Maro (2km), and the famous Caves of Nerja (2km), are close by.
Further details
Nerja town still maintains its centre of quaint narrow streets, with numerous restaurants, bars, small shops, banks and a favourite meeting place, the 'Balcon de Europa'. There are several supermarkets, two within walking distance of the apartment. The surrounding area is very beautiful. Just behind Nerja, the foothills of the Sierra Almijara are a magnet for walkers. The newly opened indoor swimming pool and gymnasium facilities are within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.
Booking notes
20% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by cheque or direct to bank in Pounds Sterling or Euros.
