Despite it's quiet location it is close to all your needs such as supermarkets, beaches, town centre and major road links.

Changeover day
You are able to arrive on any day of your choice. On the day of departure the villa must be vacated by 10am and on arrival it is free from 3pm. Early arrivals and late departures may be possible subject to availability and a small additional fee.

| Bedrooms: | Bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated on the ground floor and are both doubles. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are situated on the top floor and are both twins. |
| Bathrooms: | Both bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. The family bathroom is fully fitted with bath and over shower, toilet and basin. The second bathroom contains toilet, basin and shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, cooker, hob, fridge freezer etc. Although compact it caters for all your needs and leads to a utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer and a separate dining room. Seating 8 plus. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and pool towels. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is large and offers Sky TV (free view), ample seating and air conditioning. There is also a separate dining area with ample seating. |
| Other: | On the ground floor there is an additional room which can be used as a fifth bedroom (double sofa bed). This room does not have air conditioning but can be cooled from the lounge. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen is provided on arrival plus one hand towel and one bath towel per guest. The villa will be cleaned for your arrival and extra cleans and linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost. |

Accessibility
Because the property is over two floors, only the rooms on the ground floor would be suitable for disabled people.
Outside
There is a very large garden most of which is lawned and a nice private 8 metre by 4 metre swimming pool for your exclusive use. The villa also has a large and covered patio area for outside eating. From all areas, the property benefits from views over the countryside and in to the town of San Fernando. There is ample outside furniture for your use.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful beaches of the area are only a short drive away (approx 15 minutes). These offer water sports during the high season and are fantastic for surfing or body boarding. All the beaches in the area have first aid facilities during the high season and beach bars offer a good quality of refreshments.

A number of courses within 30 minutes drive
Travel
The nearest airport is Jerez (30 minutes drive) but others available are Seville (1 hour 10 mins) Gibraltar (1 hour 10 mins), Faro (2 hours 20 mins). Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The nearest supermarket is less than five minutes drive from the villa and caters for all your needs. The town of Chiclana is only five minutes away by car and the beaches a further ten minutes, There is also a local bar within a ten minute walk. Jerez is a thirty minute drive from the villa and Cadiz just twenty. Gibraltar is about one hour away. Seville can be reached in just over an hour and is well worth a visit.
Further details
The town of Chiclana offers a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a wide selection of banks most of which offer money exchange facilities. The beach front of La Barrosa (15 mins drive from villa) also offers a good selection of bars and restaurants during the high season. For travelling to places of interest all the major road links are within a five minute drive from the villa. There are numerous high quality golf courses in the area and are all within a short drive. This is a very quiet location suitable for a very relaxing holiday and yet you are close to all other possible needs during your stay. For peace of mind our property managers are situated close by and are on 24 hour call should you need their help during your stay.
Booking notes
To confirm a booking a £100 pound non-refundable deposit is payable at time of booking plus £100 breakage deposit (refundable subject to the villa being left in a acceptable condition) and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
