‘El Valle’ is the most prestigious of the Polaris World Developments. Located on the ground floor, the apartment benefits from having an extra large terrace area, slightly elevated from the pool allowing fabulous views over the 7th tee of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and to the Mar Menor Sea in the distance. El Valle has an onsite Supermarket, Elegant Golf Club House and Irish Bar, only a short drive will take you to vibrant and historic Murcia City. A visit to the Cathedral built in 1388 is a must! In the city there is a casino, good selection of shops and traditional Spanish restaurants. 30 mins drive will take you to Nuevo Condominia shopping mall, this is a new complex with around 200 shops, cinema, restaurants and bowling alley. If you're a beach lover, then head to the beaches of Los Alcazares and San Pedro and Santiago de la Ribera.

Accessibility
Due to the apartment being located on the ground floor, it provides easy access for those with walking difficulties.
Polaris World have developed their resorts to be accessible for all. They are able to provide mobility scooters on request and at a charge.

Outside
The large L-shaped terrace area has a dining table and chairs, seating up to 6 and gas barbecue.
For the sun worshippers, we also have a provided couple of comfy sun loungers.
Our terrace looks over one of the large communal pools (unheated), with children's section.
El Valle also has small children's play areas. Perfect for keeping the little ones entertained!
Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches stretch along the coast of the Costa Calida. You can visit the resorts of Los Alcazares and Santiago de la Ribera and take a stroll along the beach front promenade, or pay a visit to San Pedro Del Pinatar Salt Flats and nature reserve.
Cover yourself in the therapeutic mud from the lagoon, before baking in the sun and then washing in the warm waters of the Mar Menor.
Watersports are available from the beach in high season.
Journey time to the beach area's is approx 15 minutes.
Golf
The 18-hole El Valle Golf Course, by Jack Nicklaus Design is a par 71 and 6145m course built to professional standards. It is set at the foothills of the Sierra Punto Mountain range and is designed with a 'desert' theme, with a wide variety of desert grasses, rock out-croppings, two lakes and other native desert plants. The course is fast becoming one of the most popular courses in the region.
Whilst staying at El Valle you are able to take full advantage of the reduced rates of green fees at either La Torre Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. A courtesy coach is available throughout the day to transfer you and your clubs for free.

Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada is approx 2 hours away.
Travel
Murcia San Javier airport, is just 15 minutes drive from the resort, it is serviced by low cost airlines such as Jet2 and Ryanair whilst Alicante, approximately 50 minutes away, is serviced by most major low cost airlines.
I would recommend that you use 'skyscanner.net' to search the airlines for the cheapest flights.
Taxi's are available at the airport, however car hire is recommended and is inexpensive, giving you the freedom to explore the Murcia Region.
Distances
The train station at Balsicas is 16km away and provides rail links via Murcia or Alicante to the rest of Spain and even a sleeper service to the South of France.
The city of Murcia is an easy 15 mins drive along the C3319. The beaches and restaurants of Los Alcazares and San Javier are 20 mins drive along the C3319/A7.
1 hour drive to the popular Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia in Alicante.
30 mins drive to Aquopolis Water Park.

Booking notes
Bookings inside 6 weeks of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Bookings outside 6 weeks require a non refundable £150 deposit. Full balance due 6 weeks prior to departure, along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client 10 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay. This is purely to ensure we can maintain the high standard of the apartment.
