Our recently built luxury apartment is located in the fabulous Marina d'Or holiday resort at Oropesa del Mar, approximately 45 mins drive north of Valencia airport. On the first floor overlooking the pool, the apartment comprises lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, second bathroom, a spacious terrace and underground car parking. The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is heating and air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. A fan and electric heater are provided in the second bedroom. The apartment also has a DVD player and satellite television. There is a lift to all floors. The enclosed communal pool (July to September) has a separate children's pool and toilet facilities. There is also a children's play area at ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet position with the beach only 250m away and all the other resort attractions are within a 10 mins walk.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week/per day in euros.
Minimum rental period is 1 week in peak periods and 3 days at other times. There is a supplement of 100 euros for Easter weekend 21 March to 24 March 2008.
Changeover day
Saturday normally but will be flexible.

Outside
There is an external balcony with table and chairs. The communal swimming pool has a separate children's area and is open between June and September. There is also a children's play area. Secure parking is provided in a reserved space in the basement.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach with various water sports and pedalo hire is approximately 250 yards from the apartment.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses near Castellon approximately 20 mins drive from Marina d'Or.
Travel
The nearest airport is Valencia which is approximately 45 mins drive from the resort. Alternatively, Reus airport is about is about 1 1/2 hours drive. You can also travel by train to Oropesa and get a local taxi to the resort.
Transport can be also be arranged payable locally.
