The front door leads into the lounge and thence to the kitchen and dining room and access to the upstairs terrace area. The third double bedroom is next to the lounge as is the upstairs shower room and toilet. 2 sets of outside steps take you down to the 8m swimming pool and garden terraces. The kitchen is well equipped and easily managed but with so many quality and value restaurants in nearby villages it may not be used too much. The 2 en-suite downstairs bedrooms both have doors leading on to the patio and pool with lovely mountain views.

Notes on prices
Property price for the property per week and includes a welcome pack. Changeover days are usually Saturday but we will be as flexible as possible with this aspect. A deposit of 25% will secure the booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before letting commences. If you have any queries contact Peter.

Changeover day
We normally changeover on Saturdays but we try to be extremely flexible about this so that we can fir in with your requirements rather than our own as long as we can ensure the villa is cleaned and ready for occupation.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 upstairs with twin beds.
Bedroom 2 downstairs with twin beds and door to pool area.
Bedroom 3 downstairs with double bed and door to pool area.
Sprung double sofabed in lounge.
Bathrooms: Upstairs shower room and wc.
Bedroom 2 down with en-suite bath and wc.
Bedroom 3 with walk in shower, wc, en-suite.
Kitchen: The well designed kitchen has all main equipment including electric cooker, gas hob and cooker hood, large fridge/freezer and ample cupboard space. Microwave also supplied.
Utility Room: The downstairs utility room contains a washing machine and another large fridge/freezer for those extra bottles that need to be well chilled. Unfortunately, there is even an iron there for those who might think they need one. All cleaning kit here too.
Living Rooms: The lounge has a door out on to the upstairs veranda and the up to date TV, DVD player (with some DVDs too) and stereo are located here as well. The double sofabed is also in the lounge. The dining table seats 8 and there is a door to the upper veranda.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linens are provided and changed weekly when the villa is cleaned. The pool is also cleaned weekly. An initial supply of essentials is available.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa is well situated for children as all the steps have guard rails and the pool and veranda areas are also railed off. The property has a gas fired boiler centrally heating system. Each of the rooms with the exclusion of the dining room are equipped with ceiling fans.

Accessibility
Being on the side of a hill, there are a few steps down from the road level to the front of the villa and although the top floor is self-contained with kitchen and shower room/wc the pool and the rest of the house have several steps to gain access.

Outside
The private 8m swimming pool is surrounded on 3 sides by a tiled patio and the fourth side looks out over the Jalon valley. Sun loungers are provided and the other interchangeable garden and veranda furniture can be used around the pool or in the shade. The garden area consists of small borders planted with suitable local floral specimens. The car parking space abuts the villa and is next to the casita.

Coast/Beach
Denia is approx a 20 minute drive and Javea just a little longer. The whole coastline is readily accessible and Moraira and Calpe are also easily reached in under half an hour.

Golf
Javea 9 hole golf course is some 15km and La Sella a similar distance. The many courses around Benidorm are only 30-40 minutes away. Log on to teetimesanywhere.com and check in the Costa Blanca section for the details of many other available courses.

Travel
The villa is virtually equidistant from both Alicante and Valencia airports. The former being just under an hour's drive and the latter just over the hour so convenience of flight times etc far more important than which airport to select.

Distances
Parcent village is under 1km and Jalon itself only 7 or so kms. Many large coastal towns are easily and quickly reached and Alicante and Valencia both well worth spending time in. The valleys and villages around Parcent are very picturesque and some of the walks are fascinating.

Further details
Supermarkets are not far away with the nearest very new Mercadonna in Jalon only 7km away. Benissa has a few more larger shops and the good shopping towns of Denia and Calpe are not far. The local restaurants are really good from a value and quality viewpoint and details are available in the villa.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit will secure tyour booking and full payment is due 8 weeks before your start date. For those late bookings it is possible to make any necessary arrangements to cover needs of all concerned.
