The pretty mountain village of Benahavis with its wide choice of charming restaurants is only 5km away. This is a brand new development of large, luxury apartments, surrounded by beautiful sub-tropical gardens and enjoys a choice of communal pools. The views across the countryside and golf courses to the sea are superb - on a clear day you can see Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains. This apartment is on the first floor and has the benefit of a large private terrace with wonderful, panoramic views. There is an elegant living room which opens onto the terrace, which is perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing and taking in the view. Notes on prices
During periods marked * there is a discount of 50 euros per week and 25 euros per short break for 2 people using just one bedroom. There is a supplement of 40 euros per week or short break for use of the sofa bed. Any arrival day is possible subject to arrangement. Prices are based on date the week begins - the extra night price for short breaks is taken from the period in which the night falls. Short breaks are subject to availability and arrival may be on any day subject to agreement.

Outside
La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes is a luxury complex built to the very highest standards. It lies within a 90,000m2 plot with a further 50,000m2 green zone to ensure total privacy and tranquillity. The low rise blocks lie within landscaped gardens with a total of six pools and are oriented to the best possible advantage. La Hacienda is totally enclosed and has a security guard on its single access gate 24-7.
Coast/Beach
There are some very good beaches only a short drive away, the San Pedro promenade, Heaven, Playa Fantastica, and La Triana at Cobopino are all close by. Some have water sports available, most hire sun loungers.
Golf
Benahavis is the new Golf Valley of the Costa del Sol in the municipality of Benahavis, between the Marbella and Estepona municipalities. Within a radius of only a few kilometres of La Hacienda there are no less than 14 golf courses - including some of the best in southern Spain. The apartment directly overlooks several golf courses: El Paraiso, La Alqueria and El Campanario and a further 11 courses are in the immediate vicinity, including the prestigious La Quinta, Las Brisas and Guadalmina courses. As well as golf, Benahavis-Costa is well-served by shopping centres, restaurants, fitness centres, sports clubs and of course, as the name implies, beaches.
Skiing
The mountains in Granada are approximately 3 hours drive away.
Travel
Malaga and Gibraltar airports are approximately 40 minutes drive by car (opposite directions); directions and map can be provided. There are three direct access roads to La Hacienda, directly linking El Paraiso and the coastal road, La Alqueria golf course and San Pedro junction of the main Malaga - Marbella toll road.
Distances
Benahavis and San Pedro are less than 5km away, Puerto Banus less than 10km, Marbella and Estepona 15km. Seville, Granada, Ronda and Gibraltar are all within a 1 - 2 hour drive.
