The holiday home can be rented as a one bed apartment sleeping two, or a three bed apartment sleeping 6 or both together sleeping 8. The prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Having had a first good year with many repeat bookings, we are retaining our cheap prices. Reductions for long lets.

Totally flexible. The holiday home will be available form 3.30pm on your day of arrival and you must vacate by 10.30am on your day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Our holiday home is ideally designed for families with children due to the safety, pool, garden and animals. However it is very flexible and appeals to couples, families and groups.
A recently reformed cottage, clean and tidy and a place where you can relax in quiet countryside and enjoy the views and wildlife. Sky TV, DVD. Stereo. Ceiling fans throughout and heating in the winter months. Fly netting on all windows and doors.
BBQ. Children very welcome. Cot and other equipment available.
Free Wi-fi wireless Internet.
Accessibility
Inside the homes and on the patio are it is one level, but there are three steps down to the garden. A temporary ramp could be put in place. Great for children.
Outside
Pool (3.7m x 3.7m x 1m deep - Safer for children and elderly) Safe fenced garden with swings, slide, swing ball, barbecue. Petting animals to pet and feed including, goats, chickens, duck, rabbits, tortoises, dogs, cats, guinea pigs etc in safe enclosure, Do not worry the owners look after them, but you can pet and feed them. Off road parking. Ideal for families who want their children to be happy, entertained and safe whilst the parents relax. Great or people who like taking themselves of for walks in beautiful countryside with wildlife.
If you bring your own laptap you can enjoy surfing the net or working outside in the sunshine.
Coast/Beach
20 minutes drive to brilliant beaches at San Juan de Los Terreros. 25 mins to Aguilas, 40 minutes to Mojacar and Garrucha, Vera.
Golf
Many golf courses within 30 to 45 minutes drive. Valle del Este, Desert Springs, Marina Playa Mojacar, Cortijo el Grande.
We can provide a taxi service for a small fee.
Skiing
Two hours to the Sierra Nevada.
Special interest holidays
Ideal for horse riding, walking, wildlife fans, birdwatching, painting, biking holidays. Lots of old churches and architecture. The new Hipica Almanzora Camping / horse riding stables is just 5 minutes away near Pulpi.
Travel
Almeria 60 minutes drive away. Murcia San Javier 70 minutes drive and Alicante 90 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended and available at airports although we offer a taxi service to local towns and beaches etc.
Distances
5 minutes drive to nearest village with shops and bars.
10 minutes to major towns with all facilities e.g. Huercal Overa and Pulpi.
We can provide a taxi service for a reasonable fee to the local towns and attractions etc if you fancy a more relaxing time and possibly a couple of drinks.

Excellent hospital 15 mins drive away.
Numerous family orientated inexpensive bars, restaurants and Spanish tapas bars to appeal to all tastes etc within 10 minutes drive. Olympic Size open swimming pool in Huercal Overa.
