Changeover day
Flexible changeover days, from 4pm on day of arrival. Guests are asked to vacate on day of departure by 10am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, however beach towels are not included. A mandatory end of rental clean applies at a cost of £35, and a final launder of £7 per person. or 45 euros and 10 euros p/p for washing. |

Outside
The large patio is accessed via the kitchen or the lounge/diner, and has dining for 4 people. The patio is partially enclosed by shrubs, and so gives an element of privacy. Beyond the patio is a large grassed area, with stunning views of the Montgo, and the communal pool, which also has a separate section for children.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of Les Rotes is just 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive. The cosmopolitan town of Denia is just 10 minutes walking distance. You will find plenty of shops and boutiques to browse or simply dine 'al fresco' at one of many restaurants/bars and watch the world go by. Denia is also a main ferry port with crossings to Ibiza and the other belearic islands, and has a beautiful new marina with amazing views of the Montgo and Denia Castle.
Golf
The Costa Blanca region has an abundance of golf courses, with stunning views of the surrounding areas. La Sella Golf academy, just 15- 20 minutes drive, is an 18 hole course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal (27 holes in 2009).
Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia airport are just 1 hour's drive away. Hire cars are available at both airports, although the apartment is within walking distance of everything you would need to enjoy a holiday, and so is not essential.
Distances
A new commercial shopping centre is now open just 15 minutes drive away, offering a fantastic selection of high street shops, 8 screen cinema and ten pin bowling.
Further details
Denia is a historic and cosmopolitan town with every possible shop amenity and leisure facility you would ever need, it is also the mainland ferry port for Ibiza, Menorca and Majorca and as such is a year round resort that doesn't die out of season.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking with the total balance due 10 weeks before your arrival date. A refundable breakages deposit of £100 will be required with the balance and will be deposited back within 2 weeks of departure subject to final inspection of the property. Long term rentals would be considered. Payments accepted by Paypal, cheques, money transfer, bank transfer. Air conditioning/heating is charged extra.
