Our property is an upstairs duplex situated in the beautiful natural area of Hurchillo, Orihuela. Newly built in June 2007 it has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, private solarium (for all those sun worshippers out there!) and comes fully furnished. There's also supermarkets, local bakeries and all the services you need to enjoy a holiday of comfort. Hurchillo is surrounded by natural areas where you will find many trails and tourist routes for use any time of the year. It's located only 20km from the golfing resort of Murcia and is only a 30 minute drive from Costa Blanca's many blue flag beaches, restaurants and bars. Some of these include Guadamar, Torrevieja and La Zenia. Fancy a day out? Near or far? You choose. Orihuela market, Bigastro lake, Fortuna pool and spa, Terra Mitica theme park (Benidorm), Torrevieja's chinese restaurants, amusement arcades and an outdoor waterpark are just a few of your options. You really are spoilt for choice!

Changeover day
Please feel free to arrive after 2pm on the day of arrival. The keys must be handed back to the keyholder by no later than 11am on your day of departure. There are no preferred changeover days. 'Additional days' or 'short stays' will be charged pro rata.

| Other: | Solarium - up on the roof! If sunbathing is more your style then why not enjoy the breathtaking views of Hurchillo from your roof top with a glass of Sangria in summer temperatures well in excess of 30 degrees! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath and hand towels are not included, please bring your own. All bed linen is included and laundered/changed twice a week. The property is cleaned at the same time. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for families or couples of all ages although children of a young age should be supervised AT ALL TIMES whilst playing up on the solarium. A pair of loungers and outside table are also included for your convenience. Heating and air conditioning are to be installed in 2008!

Accessibility
Sadly due to the nature of the property, it has no wheelchair access to the upstairs.
Outside
There is a communal pool within 10 seconds walk of your front door. A key card system is in operation for access to the pool. This will be given to you on arrival.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 30 minutes by car and includes blue flag stops including Torrevieja, Guardamar and La Zenia.
Golf
Local golf is available in Murcia, around 20km by car.
Travel
Car rental is a must to make the most of your holiday. This can be pre-booked for collection when booking your flights. The two nearest airports are Alicante (north) and Murcia(south). Both take 40 minutes by car (approx). Directions and maps are available on request.

Orihuela 4km.
Benidorm 1 hour 30 mins - 1 hour 20 mins to Terra Mitica theme park on the outskirts.
Torrevieja 30 mins by car.
Further details
Hurchillo has local banks, bakeries and shops in addition to 'Eroski' supermarket situated in Orihuela, a 5 mins drive away.
Please note the following requirements:
Strictly no pets permitted.
Strictly no smoking permitted.
Due to communal regulations there are no stilettos allowed in the duplex and no use of the washing machine is permitted after 10pm.
The household waste bins are located at the end of the street and are emptied during the night whilst you sleep!

Booking notes
Bookings are to be made via email or telephone (home number). All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Full payment must be made no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The booking prices are £140 (UK) per week regardless of the number of occupants. Please note prices are subject to review every 6 months.
