This beautiful, spacious first floor apartment lies on the quieter, less developed section of the Spanish coast beyond the main Costa del Sol, yet within easy reach of Marbella, Gibraltar and several excellent golf courses. It is situated in the exclusive gated development of La Perla de la Bahia, between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa. The stylish development is set in beautiful tropical gardens and has been carefully designed with unusual Moorish style architecture. The apartment has magnificent views from the lovely shady terrace, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while a beachfront cafe and pool + separate toddlers pool are only a few yards away. The large terrace has an outdoor dining table with six chairs, plus two sun loungers. There is direct lift access from the car park, as well as Satellite TV/DVD showing UK programmes, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, a jacuzzi style whirlpool bath, and master bedroom with extra wide, super king size bed.

Changeover day

Please email the owner with details of your preferred dates, and numbers of adults + children in your party. 10% advance booking deposit required, with the balance plus a refundable £100 damage deposit is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
