Villa Rascat has been designed to provide restful and relaxing accommodation where you can enjoy the benefit of wonderful views, especially from the rooftop solarium whilst also being able to walk to the beach and many quality restaurants. One of Moraira's most popular restaurants is only 5 minutes walk away. There are a number of terraced areas, some of which are shaded. The balconies on the first floor level are comfortably large enough for 12 people to eat outside and enjoy the excellent views. The large accommodation offers a lounge, separate dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Of the 5 bedrooms 3 have en-suite facilities and there is also a family bathroom plus a cloakroom. There is full central heating to all rooms. A brick built barbecue is in the garden.

Changeover day
Changeover is Saturday during the main holiday periods but we are prepared to be flexible out of season.
Accommodation

Bath towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis. Welcome pack provided on arrival. For 2 week holidays weekly cleaning can be arranged. |

Accessibility
We have been pleased to accommodate wheelchair users in the past when they have been able to select one of the four bedrooms at ground floor level and have easy access to the pool and gardens.
Outside
The villa has many patio areas, some shaded and others in the sun. The gardens are walled and gated and maintained on a weekly basis. The private pool, which enjoys the sun all day is serviced at least once a week. There are many sun loungers, chairs and tables around the villa. The garden at the rear of the property has a large play area suitable for badminton etc. An outside table tennis table is provided. A brick built BBQ is in the garden
Coast/Beach
Moraira is situated on one of the most attractive coastlines on the Costa Blanca. Its beaches continue to gain the coveted Blue Flag Award from the EEC for its clean sea water and being shelved provide ideal and safe swimming for children of all ages. The main beach at Moraira can be walked to in no more than fifteen minutes. There is also a very attractive beach at El Portet which is only a few minutes drive away.
Golf
18 hole golf courses are at La Sella and Oliva Nova both of which are about 30 minutes away. There is also a good nine hole course at Javea which can be reached in twenty minutes. Up to eight other courses can be reached within an hour.
Travel
Alicante Airport is an hours' drive away and Valencia town and airport can be reached in one and a quarter hours. Car hire is recommended with a number of reputable firms based in Moraira who provide cars at the airports.
Distances
There are many places of interest within easy distance. Valencia and Alicante are both worth a visit (distance above) with Benidorm being reached in forty minutes. At Benidorm there are many attractions including dolphins, one of the largest water parks in Europe and the excellent Terra Mitica which boasts many Disney type facilities including some great white knuckle rides. The Eagles Nest at Guadelest, built by the Moors 1200 years ago and the El Agar Waterfalls are both worth a visit.
