Coast/Beach
To one side lie the warm waters of the Mar Menor with miles of traffic-free palm-lined promenades & sandy beaches. The nearest Mar de Cristal, is just 5 minutes drive from the entrance & home to the local water sports centre with the best conditions in Europe. Close to hand on the other side is the Mediterranean coast with a rugged landscape of sheltered bays & coves, amongst them La Cala; the Club's own small private beach & Calblanque, a magnificent unspoiled wide bay.
Golf
La Manga Club is a fabulous 1400-acre sporting paradise nestled between the Murcian Hills and the Mediterranean sea in the beautiful region of Murcia, south-eastern Spain. La Manga Club's landscaped resort offers three of the finest golf courses in Europe, and has hosted 5 Spanish Opens as well as numerous national, charity and corporate golfing events. There is a 90 bay floodlit driving range, practice putting green, 2 chipping greens, practice bunker, resident pros available & competitions 3 times a week. Residents qualify for 50% reduction on public rate. Handicap certificates/soft spikes required.

Travel
Murcia is 20 minutes drive. Alicante is 55 minutes drive. You must arrange your own flights but will find many services to Murcia (20 mins drive) with new ones regularly introduced. Try Ryanair from E. Mids,Stansted, Luton, Glasgow Prestwick & Dublin; Easyjet from Bristol & Gatwick; Flybe from Southampton & Birmingham; Jet2 from Leeds Bradford & Manchester; Eujet from Shannon & Kent; Monarch from Birmingham. Alicante is the second option at 55 minutes drive.

There is go-karting closeby and horse riding stables. Eating out; vast choice to suit all tastes/budgets from French, Italian, Chinese, Indian to the bistros of Bellaluz village plaza. Take-aways available. Evening entertainment; the superb Hyatt hotel offers a popular piano bar, live music, night-club and famous casino. Away from the hotel there is a pub, bars, disco & lively Bellaluz square. All restaurants welcome children or baby sitting can be arranged. Shops/services; 2 supermarkets, gift shops, boutiques, chemists, banks, business services, doctor, 24 hour security/ambulance.
Booking notes
Terms; deposit of £100/ week on booking (£150 high season & reservations more than 6 months ahead), balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit refund only if subsequent booking found. Credit card security deposit and a £50 deposit will be taken for the pool swipe card on arrival When low cost airlines download timetables there can be a lot of interest, especially for high season; you are welcome to reserve in advance before flights are issued.

Hi Allan We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. The apartment was lovely and just perfect for our needs - I really liked the layout of it. It was also very central for Bellaluz square and the rest of la manga club. The large terrace was a huge bonus and the Bellaluz pool was very clean and in pretty surroundings. Design management were very helpful and answered any questions we had. Can't really think of anything negative to say about the apartment or la manga club, if we holiday again at la manga your apartment will be on our shortlist. Thanks again.
