Set in a quite residential location, a large outside patio and dining area leads to the pool, barbecue and on up to multiple terraces where you can enjoy extensive views across the countryside and the nearby Pyrenees. Easily accessible to all coastal resorts along the Costa Brava to Barcelona.

Changeover day
We are flexible with our changeover day, provided there are no more than 2 days between bookings.

| Other: | Dining room with glass and ironwork table and chairs. Top quality dinner service. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included and are changed once a week. The villa is cleaned once a week. The cleaning and linen change is carried out on Saturday mornings. Pool cleaning and gardening is done on either Thursday or Friday. |
Notes on accommodation
We will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. There are restrictions on the number of teenagers or young adults in any one booking. Single sex groups are discouraged.

This property is suitable for the old and infirm, however it is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is just 5 mins away by car. There are lots of beautiful coves along the coast including several nudist beaches.
Golf
The nearest golf course is just 5 mins away. There is also a very good professional pitch 'n' putt course nearby.
Travel
The nearest airport is Girona just 20 mins away by car. Barcelona airport is about 1 hour away, depending on traffic. A car is essential.
Distances
Lloret Blau is situated just 5 mins drive from the busy resort of Lloret de Mar. In Lloret you can find all the night life your heart desires, knowing you can leave all that noise behind and return to the more tranquil area of your Villa. Golf course is just 5 mins away. Lloret Blau (where your Villa is located) is truly a gem of the Costa Brava.
Further details
Water World a very large aquatic park is very near, Marineland with their Dolfin shows and great water park, a great day out for all the family, a free bus service is offered from the bus station in Lloret. Blanes, the next town along the coast hosts the yearly fireworks festival the last 2 weeks of July. Sand castle competitions, Foam Canons, Dancing and many more events, all for free. A must see extravaganza. The villa is just 20 mins from Gerona Airport, just 5 mins from the main autoroute and 5 minutes to the nearest beach this is a perfect starting point to explore Catalonia and enjoy some authentic Spanish culture.
Booking notes
A 500 euros deposit is required to secure a booking, only on receipt of this will the booking be blocked. A 1000 euros refundable damage deposit is required. The rest of the rental and the refundable damage deposit must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. The refundable damage deposit will be returned by Bank transfer no later than 10 days after departure.
