This property was completed in September 2007 and is part of the exclusive Al Andalus Thallasa complex, which is a private secure site. On the fourth Floor (excellent lifts!) with superb views to watch the sunset over the Med! It has a fantastic indoor pool with spa facilities including minigym and jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Two outdoor pools, three tennis courts (we have two rackets and balls in the apartment) and three childrens play areas, along with private underground parking. It is within striking distance of beaches at Vera, Mojacar and San Juan De Los Terreros and Golf at Dessert Springs, Val Del Este, Marina Golf and Cortijo Grande as well as various fantastic restaurants and bars up and down the coast!

| Living Rooms: | Lounge dining is equipped with seating for 4, 28 inch LCD HD ready TV with Satellite (approx. 300 free to view channels!). DVD/CD player. Table with 4 chairs (can seat 6). Access to main and small terrace from this area. |

Towels and linen are included, maid service can be arranged if required as well as cots or other small children's requirements. |
Notes on accommodation
Though on the 4th floor, we have found it is absolutely safe for small children (ours are 3 and 7!) with a good lift and short flights of stairs along with high guard rails and walls on landings! It is a 50 yard walk to the closest outdoor pool (next to the indoor pool) which is fenced to stop children wandering off and has a small shallow pool for kids!

Accessibility
The apartment does have a flight of 6 steps from the landing that the lift stops on, so may be a point to note for anyone with any mobility problems.
Outside
The complex is beautifully landscaped with glorious flowers and lots of lush grass. The pool area is grassed and therefore safe for children. The tennis court is 50 metres away in an enclosed area. The entire complex has wonderful walkways and great views over the local area.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Vera and is a good walk or a short drive, there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within 1.5km. Further afield there is all the nightlife you could want in Mojacar, excellent restaurants in Garrucha (mainly fish!) and the fantastic long curved sandy beach of San Juan is about 15 mins by car, there is an excellent beach cafe and restaurant right at the end of the beach where we have had many excellent meals or just a snack, right on the beach.
Golf
There are two 18 hole golf courses and one 9 hole course, they are listed earlier in the description and to be honest although I have been to two of them I haven't played any yet. Though I am assured they are great courses and certainly Desert Springs and Val Del Este looked pretty challenging to me!
Further details
Indoor and outdoor pools available all year. Tennis court and spa. Supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars within 5 mins. Water park within 5 minutes, great day out for the kids.
