This apartment is well-equipped with all mod-cons for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday at any time of the year. It is on the fourth floor (for which there is excellent lift access) with superb views for sitting on the terrace watching the sunset over the Med! Al Andalus Thalassa is in a beautiful location. The local sandy beach of Vera Playa is relaxing and yet with many amenities close by. Within a short drive you can experience many historical places full of typical Spanish charm. This coastline is stunning, the deep blue of the Mediterranean and the golden palm-lined beaches against the backdrop of the crisp, white buildings creates a picture postcard location. About half an hour along the coast you can find the Cabo de Gata National Park, with its secluded beaches and mountains, where you can see the most breathtaking views. In addition to all of this, the weather in this part of Spain is excellent. With over 300 days of sunshine a year its easy to enjoy such a beautiful place!

Bedrooms: Master with en-suite has double bed, built in wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and lamps, patio doors lead to terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast with seaviews.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with built in wardrobe and drawers and views of the mountains.
Bathrooms: En-suite has bath with shower, toilet and bidet, sink with vanity unit and mirror with lights.
Main bathroom has shower, toilet, sink with mirror and lights over.
A hair dyer is provided and both bathrooms have heated towel rails.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils! Extra plates, cutlery and glasses are also provided for those who like to entertain!!
Living Rooms: The lounge has 28" LCD TV with Sky (approx. 300 channels!), DVD/CD player, coffee tables and lamps. There are 2 comfortable armchairs and large sofa. Patio doors lead to the terrace. The dining area has table and 4 chairs. A selection of books and DVDs.
Other: The hall area provides extra hanging space and storage.

Accessibility
The apartment does have a flight of 6 steps from the landing that the lift stops on, so may be a point to note for anyone with any mobility problems.

Outside
The complex is beautifully landscaped with covered walkways, surrounded by lawns and flowerbeds. The complex is well designed with water-features and stunning views. The outdoor pool area has spacious lawns for sun-bathing. The spa centre is open all year it boasts a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. There is also a minigym and relaxation area. There are two tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts and a boules area. The complex also has a children's playground. All facilities are included in the price.

Coast/Beach
Vera Playa, less than 2km, has a beautiful sandy beach with friendly bars and restaurants, with an area for naturists too. The beach at Mojacar offers various activities and there are many "chiringuitas" (beach bars/restaurants) to stop at and sample the local delights! There are also children's play areas on most beaches. San Juan de los Terreros beach is an excellent choice for families as the sea here is very shallow and safe for small children.

Golf
This area of Spain boasts four fantastic Golf courses at Desert Springs, Val Del Este, Marina Golf and Cortijo Grande, they are all within a 20 minute drive.

Travel
You can fly into Almeria (approx.45mins by car), or Murcia (approx.1 hr) or Alicante (approx. 1 and half hrs). The road network is excellent with very little traffic. We recommend you hire a car as there is so much to see and enjoy!

Distances
Vera is an historic town, only 2km away, with shops and restaurants and a large weekly market it has something for everyone! The nearby town of Mojacar, a lovely typically Spanish white hill-top town, about 15 min drive,(which can be seen from the terrace) has many shops, restaurants and cafes with stunning panoramic views.

Further details
For families and thrill-seekers, the nearby Water park is excellent and as our guest we offer the use of our discount card giving you discount here and at many other attractions, shops and restaurants.

Booking notes

We require a security deposit of £200, which is refundable upon a successful departure inspection, less a £40 cleaning fee.
